I am so disappointed by my experience at this branch today. I went to change my name on my account due to marriage and the banker came out and told me he was taking a timed test and could not help me. I understood as I didn’t schedule an appointment so I asked if I could schedule one for later in the week. I was told no and that the timed test was all week. I thought it was weird that no one at the branch could help me this week but they called another branch and had me drive across town to that branch the same day so I could meet with a banker. When I got to the next branch I was told that there is no timed test that bankers have to take and that they just didn’t want to be bothered. It is so disappointing that I was lied to, and told to drive across town to have less than 5 minutes of a bankers time to do some simple paperwork.

I will never bank with them again they are withholding money that belongs to me this is day 2 of not getting my money I would not recommend going through them

Branch manager, Lucas has gone above & beyond to help me out & find solutions to my issues. He truly cares for the company he works for & its reputation. I will be continuing my business with Huntington because of him! Thank you Lucas :)
