Not sure what happened to this location. Everyone is new and the service has gone down the tube. They are not organized and they do not pay attention to the drive thru customers. You just watch them wait on customers in the lobby after you have been waiting in the drive thru. Totally un acceptable!!!!!! So over this location.

Went in with a certified check to pay off a RV Loan. They told me it could be 3 weeks to get a lean release (LMCU does this at the counter). I asked to speak to a manager they said they didn't have one today and they didn't have a card for the manager either. RUN!

A&J Realty Partners has been banking with Huntington since 2020. We love all the convenient locations available to us. The mobile app is very user friendly and an awesome option anytime!

Very convenient location and very fancy ATM. However the inside of the bank is something I like to avoid. In the many years of service I have never met a person inside who isn’t rude or short with me in some way. It didn’t used to be a very big deal with the Meijer Huntington down the street but now closed the choices are limited.

Been trying to get a release of lien for a vehicle we sold. Going on almost 3 months now and they still won’t send it to us.

Called to verify I could come in and close my auto loan, explained situation in detail, was told to come in and it could be taken care of today. Take time out of work to go to the branch, arrive and they tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do, despite telling me the exact opposite 10 minutes prior. Essentially told me there will be a minimum of a 3 week wait for what I needed, and then got a very apathetic "sorry, we were mistaken" when I mentioned the phone call. The absolute last time I use Huntington for anything. Garbage.

Unable to take myself off a joint account. Unable to change from paperless to paper in person, can only do that online.
