Five stars doesn’t do justice to describing the professionalism and excellence in the service and product I received from Herkner. I worked with Jared to design a custom ring after mostly glean some ideas with my now fiancée from other jewelers closer to our area. After describing what I was looking for, Jared quickly got to work helping me find a diamond and design a ring that exceeded all of our expectations. The whole team was very responsive to my requests regarding timing, too, and enable pulling off a beautiful engagement just the right moment. I would highly recommend Herkner to anyone looking for fine jewelry or jewelry services.

I’ve been going to Herkner’s for about 5 years. They’ve done regular ring cleanings and checks, but they also made a new setting on my wedding ring when the original proved faulty. Ive always loved the job they did and didn’t have any further issues after they fixed it(in 2019). I don’t go anywhere else. Great customer service.

Absolutely remarkable customer service. Classic and traditional, old school. They absolutely adore their customers and do customer service right as far as I'm concerned. Great selection of jewelry whether it's for a wedding or a gift or just personal shopping. Seems like the original jewelry cases are from the first location that's over 100 years old and they took it with them when they moved to their current location. Great vibe and great environment. Absolutely highly recommend

My family supported Herkner's for over 50 years, from when they were downtown in GR. Took a ring to be appraised, bought long ago from them, and was told the ring was worth selling for less than a third of the appraisal?Dress fancy, or you will be treated less valued.

Honestly, look no further! I recently purchased an engagement ring from Herkner Jewelers and I could not be more pleased with the ring itself or the wonderful experience I had. After visiting several jewelers in town, it was clear within minutes that Herkner was the right choice. All of their associates were incredibly helpful, but I worked with Randy; he carefully guided me through designing the perfect, one-of-a-kind engagement ring. Randy was informative, thorough, transparent, and determined that I left happy and confident. Needless to say, my fiancé and I are both thrilled with the ring! I highly recommend Herkner Jewelers. Stop in and you will see why.

Went to multiple jewelry shops over the course of a month. Most had not enough selection, lacking customer service, or you think it...I’ll make it philosophy. Completely different story with Jessica at Herkner. We walked in, greeted promptly, and immediately started discussing options. My fiancé was able to share some ideas that she had seen, and Jessica was able to find rings as examples to confirm ideas. After some discussion and showing of examples, Jessica sketched up 3 ideas, 2 weeks later, we met and combined two to make a 4th and we had a ring. Looks stunning and can’t be happier. So thankful for the friendly environment and top notch service.

I've had a few poor experiences with Herkners and would not recommend them. I brought in 2 watches (1 very old, 1 Rolex) that had stopped working properly. They guessed that a battery replacement was the fix for both and a few months later, both were back to having the same issues of lagging (old watch) and stopping entirely (Rolex). I needed a custom wedding band made with my own diamonds, and they quoted me $1200 in the store, but changed the pricing to $2500 after creating the CAD images, saying I must have misheard them. After some consideration, I ended up bowing out which they were very salty about given they had gone through the trouble of creating the images. I ended up choosing Craft Revival Jewelers downtown to make my band, which I'm SO glad about...they made me a nearly identical ring.. WITH added rubies for $1180 total! That's half the price of what Herkners offered me!

I HIGHLY recommend Herkner Jewelers. My fiance purchased my ring from an out-of-town jeweler. When I noticed it was getting dirty, I walked into Herkner and was met with the best customer service. Jessica looked over the ring and noticed a loose stone that needed tightening. They got the cleaning and tightening done same day. When I went to pick it back up, their computers were down and were unable to make any card transactions. Jessica told me not to worry about the $20 I owed, she only hoped to see me in again. I will be definitely be back, and I certainly hope many others consider Herkner for ALL their jewelry needs.

Herkner Jewelers has done wonderful work with my wedding ring. We have been customers for over eight years. They worked with me to design and replace the head of the ring in order to make it secure. In addition, they recently resized it for me. Both jobs were done quickly, they quote fair prices, and have excellent customer service. Last, they encourage me to come in every six months for a free cleaning and to check my diamonds. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Herkner’s enough! They are so friendly and amazing to work with, every time you walk in you’re greeted by name and feel like family! My family has been going there for years for any ring repairs, so it was a natural choice to get my engagement ring and our wedding bands here! Absolutely in love with our rings and the quality that Herkner’s provides!

Amazing experience with Randy and all the staff at Herkner! Made the engagement ring buying process very easy and low pressure. Randy knows his stuff and was not at all pushy but was incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Ended up getting a custom ring and it turned out amazing!
