I really love this store it has a lot of meat pieces you can't find elsewhere at such convenient pricing and Plainfield Ave is such a convenient location for me!Chicken and turkey necks, chicken hearts, chicken liver chicken feet, farm fresh eggs, sausage made on the farm, everything is so good!(They also have great cuts of steak, seafood, burger, sausages, the list goes on...)One reason I especially love it is I feed my pets a balanced raw diet and they have a special small cooler here where they sell a ground up mix of a raw diet for dogs and cats in 2lb packages.One side of the cooler is turkey packages and one side is chicken. One mix has small bones in it and one doesn't. Bones are GREAT for naturally cleaning your pet's teeth! These are not the size of chokable bones and they're SAFE for them because they have not been cooked. It's a RAW Diet so you feed this to them AS IS, DO NOT COOK IT!! The packages are $3/apiece which if you buy this online it's usually double the cost for this!!AND for only a 5 minute drive from my house?! Hell yeah!

This is a local meat market.Everything is processed fresh and then quickly frozen. They have 4 locations including the farm in belding mi. I have been shopping her for 15 years. Top notch family business.

Nice little store with a huge selection of meats. They have some dairy products and some honey and sauces to grab as well. I went in on a whim waiting for my sub order from next door. Did have a chance to look around much, but they do have a lot to chose from, from what I saw. The biggest downside that I seen was that most, if not all the meat, was frozen. The prices were fairly decent. Maybe a little in the higher side, but not bad. Not a place for me to go as a place to just go to. I may stop in again when I order subs from next door again. Not on a stand alone trip. But that is just me.

A little pricey but great selection of local vacuum sealed and frozen meats. They have the best "lunch meat", if you like eating real meat...and who doesn't?

Huge, huge shout-out for some of the best customer service I've ever received in my life from Heffron Farms in Belding. They not only corrected a problem but exceeded my expectations by going well beyond what I would have expected in the situation.
