“We switched our family's health insurance to this agency, and it has been a fantastic experience. Their family plans are comprehensive and affordable, making it easy to keep everyone covered.”
“The Representative was very knowledgeable. He listened to my issues and was extremely helpful in finding solutions. Signing up for health insurance was a breeze with this agency. The online platform is user-friendly, and I appreciated the transparency in explaining different plans. Definitely made a typically complicated process easy to navigate.”
“I was referred to network 180 for information about Medicare medacade. We sat and talked about all kinds different scenarios of how Medicare Medicare and what would be in my best interest. How the supplement is good to have for extra coverage. All the paper work has been coming to my house as explained. If I don't understand something, answers are given. A friendly staff to work with.”
“I had read reviews before calling to give them the information required for a report of coordination of benefits. Basically they wanted to know if I worked or had the possibility of other insurance besides being on my husband's plan. I've been having seizures that resulted in several claims so I'm assuming they wanted to know what was going on. Either way we called we were helped right away. Gave them the info they wanted and I also needed an mri that will cost 3033 dollars and they will be covering it all. So I'm very happy about that. We have a mercy health plan via ASR through my husband's employer. I wanted to leave this review because I was expecting this interaction to be a nightmare based on other reviews but it was very pleasant. They were quick, helpful, and polite. I'm not invalidating others experiences I just thought folks should know that it's not all bad.”
“I normally dread calling Priority Health. In the past I have had to wait up to 30 minutes to speak to someone. Yesterday, however, I needed to call to clear up a discrepancy between an EOB and a provider bill. (They didn't show an HRA payment which Priority said was made.) I called on Tuesday morning near 9am. I waited less than five minutes to speak with someone. She took immediate action and set up a three way call between myself, the provider, and her. She found and gave them all of the relevant information. Today, I logged onto the provider website to pay what I thought would be just a portion of my bill (since they had the amount incorrect). They had already made the change!!! The amount shown was correct. I didn't take the after call survey yesterday, but luckily I wrote her name down; THANK YOU Patty C. for solving this problem for me so quickly and effectively! I hope Priority Health recognizes your extraordinary customer service!”
