These guys. Specifically Ed helped me and my partner find our first home. The process could not have been made any easier. Instead of having whoever is on a website like zillow or realtor.com. I cannot recommend Doug Trevino & the Tucker Team enough! We just closed on our house yesterday and could not have done it without him. This was our first home purchase, but Doug guided us through the entire process and made it feel easy. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, very responsive, and has great relationships in the community. In fact, we were on our way to look at another house when we saw a new listing pop up. He knew the seller’s agent and was able to get us in for a showing within 20 minutes of us calling, and it ended up being our dream home! We had a very long wish list, and Doug delivered on everything. He gave great advice on how to make the best offer without overpaying and was even able to negotiate some things that came up in the home inspection in an extreme seller’s market. We hope we won’t be moving for a while since we love our new home, but if you are, call Doug.

Eric from the Tucker Team really put a ton of hard work and dedication into us finding the right home. He showed us only listings that met our criteria and truly helped direct us not only into the right house but an affordable home. I love how we could call and he would make sure we got to see the homes we wanted. So glad we could be ourselves around him and every concern or whoa was adressed without feeling like we were a burden. I highly recommend Doug Trevino as a Real Estate agent. We found when we were looking through online houses on a Friday night and he was listed. He contacted us that night, and met with us that Sunday. Doug came prepared, had researched our neighborhood, and had charted a plan forward. We were impressed, and remained impressed, with his performance and work ethic. Doug works constantly, was highly responsive, and did a great job.

What do you want in professional realtor? Is it the ability to sell your house above the asking price? Or is it closing on the sale with no surprises, such a buyer backing out or not able to finance the transaction? Maybe it's staying informed all through the process on what is required, what has been done and what is scheduled to be done to get the sale complete? The Tucker Team did all this for me on my two home transactions with always keeping my interests in mind. Don't believe me, do this; interview three to four real estate agents, include Jessica's Team in the list and find out for yourself how good this group performs. Ask tough questions such as how long they've been in the business, how does the team (agent) work, what is expected of you and them, finally closing (sales) record in the last year or two. Remember, this is a BIG transaction and you want it to go smoothly, so interview as many teams or agents as you want with my recommendation you can rest easy knowing The Tucker Team of true professionals is working for you.
