I can't say enough good things about Groskopf’s Luggage. Doug spent time with me to ensure I got the right suitcase for my needs. They had an excellent selection at many different price ranges. I ended up going with a Bric’s carry-on and check bag. Doug thanks for your help.

Service, selection and value are all five out of five stars at Groskopf's Luggage and Gifts! If you are looking for a unique gift and want to support local, I will always recommend a stop here. This store is family owned and you can definitely feel that when you stop in. The prices can be a bit high on some of the larger items, like the luggage, but the quality is worth it. If you're going on a trip, stop here for the "travel must haves" before going to Amazon. They have neck pillows, travel containers for toiletries and even travel alarm clocks just to name a few items. If you want trinkets or fun and unique games, they also sell that here. I have nothing but good things to say about this local staple shop to Grand Rapids.

Not over-priced! I found exactly what I was looking for at a better price. The employee who helped me was not pushy but really explained the pros/cons of each bag.I had a pre-conceived notion that I would not find luggage in my price range, but I was wrong. I tried to purchase a medium sized rolling bag online and then at a few department stores. I was not impressed with the options or shopping experiences until I stopped into Groskopf’s. I ended up returning a piece that I had purchased in desperation at a department store when I found a higher quality bag for a lower price from Groskopf’s.

Very helpful mom & pop type shop. I’ve purchased several items now, leather men’s satchel, leather desk calendar holder and now a light weigh garment bag. They have quality products and various price points. Great travel gift items and necessities. Salespeople are super helpful. Will always have Groskopf top of mind for all my travel needs.

Stuck in Grand Rapids with a broken luggage strap I found Groskopf's via www.Yelp.com. Very glad that I did. They had a wide array of straps at various price points. Good looking store with a large selection of travel-related items - suitcases, etc. Groskopf's Luggage saved the day!!
