Their mail carrier won't deliver mail because of a dog barking. Said dog is secured not only in the house, but in a metal crate inside the house. We have zero history of incidents; when the dogs are walked, they're on leash. When they play, they're in an enclosed backyard.
The kicker is, every time I contact about it, they lie and say "The mail was delivered."
Kinda a felony, y'all.

Horrible tracking and they never answer or return calls, I’ve had a package “in transit” for over a month and everytime I call to see if it’s there I don’t get an answer let alone a call back. All of the online assistance will only tell you what the tracking tells you and you can never get any real information from them.

Honestly if I could leave zero stars I would, my packages NEVER have any issues at any other facility but low and behold Michigan messes everything up. Not only has this location sent my packages to completely other states, but they seem to hold on or lose my package for a day or two every time! I live two hours north so at this rate I could drive down and get it faster than it’s taking them to release it and push it out. I don’t know what kind of morons they have working at this location but it’s the absolute worst and if I could use UPS or FedEx for everything I would!!

Mi aplauds and congratulations to whomever is running this facility, I was loaded as soon as I got there in less than 20 minutes I was ready to go. Unfortunately their policies about been one hour earlier of the official appointment is not generally known. But that is an issue between the broker and the usps management we the drivers should not be penalized because their lack of communication
But this operation should be the norm
Not the very rare exception among
Postal annexs .
Even though I was scorched by this blemish in my punctuality.
I congratulated the management.

Whenever I get packages sent from these guys they don't sit longer than a day they're very efficient here :)

I want to give a shout out to my mail carrier, Dallas, as he was very nice and always does a great job! He actually seemed conscientious about doing a wonderful job. We need more people like Dallas!!

Great customer service does exist. I live in Texas, in a tiny town on the Gulf of Mexico. I purchased contacts from an online company. Unfortunately, the company wrongfully sent my package to an address in Grand Rapids Michigan (no I did not get the house address only the message of "your package was delivered in your mailbox in Grand Rapids Michigan" ?I called my local post office, and they called this location. Today, Edwin returned my call (on a Saturday!) Although, I still do not have said package. I just wanted to give thanks to Edwin- for giving me a friendly call about the issue of my misplaced package. Hopefully, the contacts will find their way back to me. Still hoping ?Again, thank you Edwin. ?

I normally don't even leave bad reveiws, but if I could give zero stars over this experience I would.After calling around for a day and a half trying to figure out where my package went (that never had tracking updated... until we called) I called GR nearly a dozen times to put a hold on a package that already sat in their facility a full day after it was supposed to be delivered, I just wanted to drive the hour and pick it up, and I could not get an answer, nor could I leave a message. Voice message full, and no matter what time of day I called there was no answer. Eventually the package ONLY started moving when my local PO emailed and finally spoke with someone.I will NOT be shipping anything else through this company if possible, because due to my location it will have to go through this hub and this is not the first time a package has been lost or mixed up there specifically for me.

They did not care whether or not my valuables made it to my home. The lack of effort and empathy is a slap in the face. I even put insurance on my package it’s like nothing matters with this company

This is the worst way to ship. This the most unprofessional service ever. I wish I went with another company. I’ve been waiting 6 days for my delivery and I paid for express mail. Ridiculous. If you can’t do your job quit.
