Firstly, the person that answered the phone was extremely personable and helpful.Service arrived within the hourThe gentleman was professional, courteous and friendly.My unique/outdated car tire apparatus (that was required to be used for the repair) was stubborn and gave him a little trouble. But he went above and beyond to quickly inspect the situation, improvise and handle the repair thoroughly. Thank you!

Waited for 3 hours for my insurance company to tow my car and they never came. Called Merl's and they were there within 30 minutes. Our tow truck driver was caring, smart and went the extra mile. Everyone we talked to was kind and knowledgeable.

Key fob battery died & I called these guys. I was told it would be 30 mins and they were there in like 15 minute. Affordable and smooth process. Highly recommend!

Quick arrival & super friendly! John was at the scene and had us towed to our shop in less than an hour. He made room in his cab so my husband and I could ride together. John even left us with a wood block so our car wouldn’t roll away after it was at the shop. Overall great experience!Service: Car towing

Jason provided excellent service. He explained the extra assessment that he is required to do because I have a hybrid electric car. I needed a ride as he dropped my car off at the dealership. Had stopped to help at a crash. Left everything running but the engine. So when the cops said I was finished and I wasn't blocked in by the fire truck I tried to start my car and it would not. The kid was very helpful and professional to get me started.

My towing driver was there before I even know. Heard his cab tractor and flatbed before he even car. Pulling up in my driveway. Very excellent service this morning before 6:00 AM. We had culturally 3times and they failed to send anyone. On the fourth tribe, we were able to get a person that then logged our call. Within a 1/2 hour, a tow truck came from Mel's tow truck. The driver was knowledgeable and fantastic, we were able to get our vehicle towed. Great service from Mal's towing but terrible service from AAAService: Car towing

seriously so thankful for my experience. my driver was timely, kind, and gave me space to figure out my situation. he also assisted me in helping me find a trustworthy bodyshop and ensured I made it home safe with all my belongings on top of taking my car to the shop. he was knowledgeable, efficient, and caring - a rare combination in interactions these days. would call anytime i need help!Service: Car towing
