I got a brand new Cali classic from GRS and I love it. The guys know their stuff. If your getting a scooter, get it from them for sure. Great place.

Mechanics are over priced at 80 an hour and took my scooter I bought there to get fixed 4 times to then realized it was never even worked on..Had the same issue with my bike back to back and all they do if you bring the issue up to them is give you an attitude and poor service

What a great experience working with the guys at GRS! the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased a Bintelli Sprint for my son and was very happy with the whole purchasing process. Highly recommend GRS!

Untrustworthy. They mauled the plastic cover of my steering column while replacing my speedometer, and then lied and told me that the damage had been there before I brought it in. Ridiculous. See the photo and judge for yourself. Would any reasonable scooter owner not have noticed this damage? Owner's response below is non-factual nonsense and should be disregarded. Please note I added picture of front of scooter as suggested by owner below. Judge for yourself. What a joke. Proceed with GR Scooter at your own peril.

What a great experience with Grand Rapids Scooter. Staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in picking out the correct scooter for our daughter. Knowing what was best for size and experience level. We highly recommend this place.

A great place to buy your scooter! Grand son had an accident, he took it in to repair, & they were great! Would nt buy a scooter any place else. A great place!
