The teachers and staff are so friendly and really get to know your child. They are honest , open and put safety first. So glad we found this center!

The staff is respectful and my son enjoys coming here. He is 5 and has been 2 preschool and another daycare and so far no issues whatsoever. They have been great at catering to his egg allergy. I would recommend.

Not only was I working here, but my one year-old boy was coming here to this place is cruel to kids and their employees. I've had a lot of concerns about how my kid was being treated and I brought it up to Kelly and Rachel and yet nothing is being done about it. There were two individual specifically in toddler one that were being awful to my kid. They cussed at my kid in front of other teachers and kids and said there's something wrong with this MF, pushed him to the ground, let him sit in his wet pants all day when I asked if they could change him not only did they roll their eyes they ignored every word I said. I'm not the only teacher that brought up these concerns about these specific individuals to Kelly and Rachel. Yet Rachel and Kelly weren't doing anything about the situation so it got to the point where I called licensing and had them investigate and yet still nothing was done about it. There are other teachers here that slap kids hands, slam them into the cot, or their chairs and scream in their faces aggressively. I do not recommend this daycare for any parent or any child because Kelly and Rachel the manager and Director don't care about what anything happens to your kid. They care more about the number of staff and how many people are working that day. So it got to the point where we quit and decided to not be coming here anymore so if I'm taking the time to write this review it's because I don't want this for any parent or any kid and I want them to be safe and treated with love and respect. So if anyone is looking for a Daycare or a job, this is NOT the place to go

This place has been aggressively rude to my baby nephew. He gets called names and gets pushed around, my sister reported but they didn’t do anything about it. There’s no communication and there’s no respect towards the kids or parents in that matter. This place is not the place to go if you want your kid to feel safe. Kinder-care is for kids to feel safe and have fun and this place is not it. Don’t go here at all!

My great grandson attended this facility and I was horrified at the treatment that he got there. He was called bad names right in front of his Mom pushed down left in wet diapers all day. He is only 15 months. If you don’t like kids why are you in this business. Was reported to director and licensing and nothing was done. Terrible place.

We have been here (at this location) for almost 5 years and with 2 kids and through it all (Covid +) everyone has been great and supportive. They communicate to us daily, are personable and make us feel comfortable whether its with our 5yo or our 8wko (now 1yo).

We love KinderCare East Beltline and all the teachers and staff. They have made this transition for a first time mom super reassuring and easy. Could not be more thankful!

I used to work here. The majority of the teachers are great and care about the kids, but I questioned the integrity of a few staff. Even after a few different employees including myself had concerns about an individual co-worker and voiced those concerns to management, nothing was done. I feel better about the welfare of the children since coming to find out that there has been a change in management as I think that was the main issue. However, based on my experience of seeing how things were run at the time I worked here, I wouldn't recommend sending your child to this facility. Also, just a heads up to parents: the security cameras that "monitor" the rooms don't actually record. It's just live feed. Unless parents know that upon signing their children up, I feel that gives a false sense of security about the welfare of their kids.

I was a little nervous to send my 7 month old back to daycare after the news of COVID-19 but this facility has an incredible staff with hourly updates on their app including photos, as well as, emails regarding any new protocols and/or major health concerns. I am so thankful that Kindercare was able to reopen and I couldn't have asked for a better staff! Every time we walk in my little one smiles from ear to ear when greeting the front desk workers Ms. Kelly and Ms. Megan have truly been amazing, as well as her classroom teachers especially Ms. Amanda who has helped my daughter to grow and develop essential learning skills, I can tell the difference that daycare makes and when my daughter begins preschool I am confident that she will succeed.I highly recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone, they are truly a blessing and I wouldn't have made it through my own schooling without them! As a thankful college graduate student I have finally earned my Bachelor of Science Degree with hopes to set a positive example for my girls and I couldn't have done it without the helpful staff at Kindercare! Many thanks to all of the teachers and staff! My heart goes out to you! :)

Our child has been going there for a few months now. I think since coming under new management and becoming kindercare things have improved compared to other reviews. Our son is happy, we get updates and photos on the app throughout the day, and the staff is always kind.

My kids attended here up until a few weeks ago. Not nearly enough teachers in the room even if they are in compliance with state regulations. No way can 1 teacher handle a room full of preschoolers. I think I counted 7 preschoolers on the playground to 1 teacher when I went to pick up my son. Teachers were polite and nice though despite hearing yelling down the hall. Management was another story. The director always seemed annoyed to discuss things with me but the assistant manager was great.

My son would scream and cry right when he seen the parking lot and had already been going here for 5 months. Too many kids in a room not enough daycare providers in the room. He was coming home with bite marks on his arm three times in 2 weeks being there and bruises randomly because the teachers weren’t supervising like they were suppose to! As I put my two week notice in and he’ll be taken out they last minute pull me into the office with an outstanding balance of almost $500.00. I then went to my bank pulled statements the. They corrected it. Katie at the time who was working there wasn’t pulling out of my acct correctly then I had set up with her to take the remaining amount out weekly on Thursdays as she did. Months later I get a call from the supervisor stating I still owe an outstanding balance and they never received any payments. I asked for Katie and I was informed she no longer works for them she went back to her old teaching job. Then they sent that payment to collections and now I owe over a thousand dollars and it was typically for a few hundred. NEVER ALLOW YOUR CHILD HERE EVER
