I stopped in to Grand Butchers to look for some steak for my Christmas Eve meal. I was greeted right away and the friendly employee cut me two generous ribeye steaks. It was about $20 per pound, which is certainly better than any restaurant pricing so I was happy. I don't buy a ton of meat so I'm not sure if that pricing is in line with other stores, but I wanted to support this local shop right in my own neighborhood. They had a large selection of other cuts of meat, chicken, and packaged items like crackers, sauces, dips, gifts, and more. I'm definitely coming back to Grand Butchers the next time I need a more special cut of meat. Love the large parking lot and I was in and out in no time.

I have been a customer since they came to the neighborhood. I should have posted a review a long time ago. Fantastic butcher shop! Service and product are second to none. We pre-ordered smoked chicken wings for our football tailgate last weekend and they were amazing! Everyone at our party commented on how good they were. Thank you Margie and staff! Well done.. again!

I'm leaving this review because owner never followed up with me after five days. My goal is to warm minorities more than anything about one of the employees at this location. This is what I sent via email removed some due to text constraints on 10/22 The lady is plain nasty. It's like she doesn't even want to be there. Whenever she is there she can't bring herself to say hi , thank you, you are all set.Situation today There with my fiance and we told her we wanted 2 1lb cuts in roast. She acted like she needed clarification and then when he said it she tried to get us to get stew meat instead saying it's the same thing. We said we want roast. Then she went on to say like we are stupid you know you gonna have fat with roast and we said we know. She was saying anything to not have to cut the roast.Then at counter she started putting pig ears in bag with my food and i said a separate bag . She rolled her eyes and then placed in different bag.Then she couldn't utter the words you are all set when i paid with credit card. Just looked. That was it for me. I was like you know you could try and provide some type of customer service. She was like i could try in a smart way When i went to tell the one guy who is always polite about her she was like he isn't my boss. You can call her Monday like this isn't her first complaint and me filing one wouldn't change anything.Other instances Same type of stuff. I've also noticed that she treats black customers different from white customers. On one day, i came in first she wouldn't say a darn word to me i had to basically ask for service and she did same thing when paying but when a white lady came in she was so friendly and greeted her.On another occasion she had the audacity to tell me as soon as i came in the door our ebt machine is down, like bc I'm black i could only pay with food stamps. I quickly said I'm not paying with ebt.A business reputation is everything and the employees represent business.
