Honestly, this location is strange. I live thrifting and go often and this is the only location around that locks both bathrooms and fitting rooms. Also, they never seem have the keys for the fitting rooms? It’s odd . It’s happened three times recently. You’d ask to get in and they’d claim no one had keys. (This is not the fault of the workers, they seems great). There was also a worker who was very ill (hyperventilating and complaining he felt light headed) who checked me out at the register recently. I watched him tell a manager how ill he was and he was ignored. I felt terrible for him. I should have said something to stick up for him and regret that I didn’t.

This use to be my favorite store to shop at. The new management is VERY rude to customers as well as the employees. I've witnessed it myself and spoke up for that person and had to defend myself on things that they priced wrong BUT i still paid the price they claimed it to be. The stuff Is Free people and beside that they are getting more expensive than the mall now. I stopped donating to them for this reason. I take my stuff to free place now. GOODwill is not what it use to be.. I understand they are doing phenomenal things BUT god don't like GREED!!!

This store is bigger and cleaner then some other locations in Grand Rapids and seems to have higher standards in what they put out on the floor. If you rely on public transportation there's two different buses that stop right in front of it. I do find the prices to be a little steep but as I said, the items they put out are gently used.

So I'm checking out and ask for a bag. I didn't realize Goodwill didn't give bags out anymore. That's what the guy told me. So I had to take the stuff out in my arms to my car, and I'm disabled. As I'm walking out, an able bodied, very pretty foreign woman is checking out with the same man and asks for a bag. He reaches down and gives her one!!! Wow.Disabled parking is on an incline. Not ideal for a disabled person who needs to get stuff out of their cart. The cart will roll away.

Good selection of stuff, although with most good will stores it's mostly clothes, not a bad store though.

This store seemed to have a lot of new items that in my opinion were overpriced for the quality of the items. I wish now that I had taken some pictures. Most of the new items I saw were Christmas decor.

Pricing is inconsistent. Goodwill as an entity has been steadily ruining the thrift store experiences across the country. I always leave dissatisfied and disappointed in the selection and the pricing. Any item they deem valuable is sold on ebay.

I had the best experience going here my first time, it was actually my first time ever thrift shopping and I fight the urge to come here everyday because they have amazing cloths and items ( p.s thanks to the cashier for taking off $3 because I didn’t have it)
