Needed my backflow preventer tested for my irrigation system so I chose Godwin. The unit was old and could not be properly tested initially, but they worked with me to get the test done after I chose to rebuild it myself. Tech was knowledgeable and friendly.

I needed repair parts for a faucet. The manufacturer's listed parts were incorrect. Ken, Chad and the rest of the great folks at the plumbing parts department went the extra mile and the extra, extra mile to get me a part that would work. Awesome customer service!!
