Quick and easy if you have a scheduled time. I didn’t know that they charge for windscreen fluid. I mean $100 for an oil change you think that would be included. Otherwise it was great.

I asked that an alternate number be texted when our car was ready, and I corrected the incorrect email they had for me. When my car was ready they texted the wrong number, and still had the wrong email address. Which would have been ok but I was out of the country. This delayed the repair by 6 days.

Bought a golf here in 2019 and had decent service for a while. Over time, that service has become more expensive and worse. I have had unreturned calls about recalls, and when I did have a recall part changed (suction jet pump), they have repeatedly not looked into a lingering issue.
Every time I refuel, a gas smell lingers in the vehicle. It disappears after a few days, but there's no leak in the fuel tank. Even after explaining this over the phone, the technician only looked at the fuel tank and said it was fine. When I explained the issue again, I was told I would have to leave the vehicle for the whole day. I declined.
Thank you for the maintenance up until this point, but I will be taking my service elsewhere.

Be very cautious working with this VW service department. We took our VW Atlas here for two obvious warranty repairs. We instead received a quote for over $1,500. We took our vehicle to another VW location to have it correctly fixed under warranty.

Took my Tiguan SE in for the 40k mi. Service, first time going to Gezon, and the service was great. My car was done quicker than I anticipated too. This is where I’ll be taking my VWs to from now on???
