Do not buy from this company! They have taken around 60$ from me and have not refunded my money. They have the item at their post office. It has been there for weeks according to the tracking number and they refuse to acknowledge that and pick it up. They will not issue my refund.

The Gold Standard for online bike shops.I have purchased from Gap30Cycles several times, including ordering the wrong part and having to replace another with them. Each time they dealt with the order with perfect attention to what was needed, so I feel confident buying from them as a result. Also, they have a wide selection (including esoteric parts for old "Ten-Speed" machines). When something goes this well, why would anyone go anywhere else?

Best prices that I could find online. My tires took a while to ship but arrived 4 days early so no complaint there. I think it was 3 day free shipping out to Cali. Great job boys ill be ordering again in the future.

Their prices are great, however my experience was bad with this company. 1 of 2 items was wrong and it's usually not a big deal, but communication is what set them apart for the worse. I tried calling and emailing, but the only response I got was a request for pictures of the box and the item. I did as instructed, but haven't heard from them. I'm going on 3 days since delivery and I have no clue what they plan to do to fix it. I give up and am simply returning it via USPS. I'll eat the shipping charges and avoid them.If I had gotten an email response saying they were going to fix the problem and make it right, some form of assurance, it would have alleviated my concerns for days. Instead I'm left in the dark.Good luck with them!

If you order something it will take them at least a week to ship it and at least another week to get to you. They show no remorse for their slow ship times.
