I am very disappointed with this store. First time shopping at this location when a very tall blondish redhead male employee rang us up and asked if we had a membership card. I stated we did not as I had no interest in paying for a membership card. He said no problem it's free, and look at all the cool discounts!Well low and behold after getting home and reading the paper that came with the card, only the first month is free, then it's $11 a month after. Lying at the point of sales to bump up your membership numbers is absolutely disingenuous and disgusting. I will NOT be shopping at any FYE going forward.

Fantastic selection of anime and k-pop items. Decently priced compared to other collectible stores. I'll definitely be back with the family for more shopping!

Joseph the manager is a very cool dude and explains the membership really well. We visit the Woodland Mall FYE frequently, great nerd stop, and he and all other employees have always been super cool and helpful. Thank you!

This is a Great store to go to for some Murch Funko pops T-shirts CDs DVDs, really good place to go in the mall.

Bought a hat for a friend and got asked about signing up for rewards. Every employee was more worried about getting free perfume samples they brought in from another store to even bother mentioning that you are charged MONTHLY for their rewards. What kind of place is run like this? Really scummy if you ask me.
