My husband & I are very pleased with the high level of service we received from the salesman, Paul Young, to the finance manager, Matt McDowell, of Fox Nissan of Grand Rapids. Paul was very professional and not pushy at all in our buying a car. He answered all our questions very sufficiently and patiently. The first appointment we had was cancelled due to the incorrect parts being ordered. The following week the repair was done. The charge for the repair was as quoted with the incorrect parts and service, even though the correct parts and service cost was almost twice as much. That’s what I call honesty and integrity. Thank you so much FOX NISSAN!

I came in for a front blinker replacement. I mentioned that other sources said I would have to take the entire front bumper off to replace the blinker. The attending assured me that they could take care of it by putting it on a lift. After waiting 40 minutes, they came back to tell me they did have to take the bumper off. A normal charge was around $60 but they charged me a reduced rate given their initial quote. Had to wait another 40 minutes, but it was done well.

We love working with John! He is so attentive and very informative. The whole process was smooth and no hassles. We wanted to upgrade our wheels and he made it happen. We drove home with the car we wanted and have no regrets! Great experience!

I brought my vehicle in because I suspected that I needed rear brakes. I was correct. Corey took excellent care of me & kept me posted as they ran diagnostics & repaired my car. Customer service & talented technicians will keep me coming back.

I’m not a local resident but was in the area for vacation and wanted to take advantage of Nissan’s offer of a free cabin air filter replacement due to the wildfires. I had an upcoming visit scheduled with my local Nissan dealer but it would have been really convenient to have it done at Fox. I was able to call and they told me to just bring it in. I did and they did it while I waited and it was a very short wait! Very pleased and the staff I dealt with was great.

I recently had a couple recalls on my 2022 Nissan Frontier. I was told it could take half the day but it only took the service guy about 2.5 hours! I was very impressed at how fast the service to my truck was. Of course the customer service is always excellent! Thank you!

I called the service department first thing in the morning and spoke to Jordan. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When I brought my vehicle in that morning he was actually the one to help me and I can’t express my bra enough, his customer service skills are exceptional.

I went in to get an oil change and I have always taken my car here since 2015. The service was fine, but the constant increase in price for an oil change has gotten ridiculous. $72 for over an hour for an oil change. It’s no longer worth bringing it here due to the cost. I can find Groupons for much cheaper that will take less time. Unless the price goes down, I will no longer bring my vehicle here.

The Gentleman who performed the Oil change was great, he was the nicest guy. The other employee who checked my vehicle in for the oil change was rude. He made sure to inform me that I should’ve bought my vehicle with Fox because it would’ve meant the oil change would’ve been covered. As if I really needed that hindsight. He then proceeded to badmouth the dealership that I bought my vehicle from. Luckily he didn’t do the oil change because I was about ready to walk away. Kinda a weird experience overall.

I continue to have absolutely exceptional experiences working with the Fox Nissan service department. To date, our family has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and have returned to the dealership for all oil changes and repairs (which, fortunately, have been infrequent). On every occasion, the communication has been excellent, there has been absolute clarity with regard to costs, and the service has been fast and efficient. More specifically, I can't say enough good things about Jordan, who has helped me on my most recent couple of visits. He has been consistently kind, thorough in his explanations, and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for taking great care of our vehicles, and, our family members who drive them. Great company with great people. I highly recommend.

Fox Nissan is the only place to go when buying a car. John Jawahir was fantastic, professional, honest and friendly. He made my car purchase experience a pleasure. Manager Josh was also a big help.So, if you’re looking to buy or lease a vehicle don’t waste your time at any of those car lots on Plainfield and head to Fox Nissan on 28th St. where you will be treated like a customer and friend and we all know the customer is always right ?

I actually love when I have to get my oil changed. They always beat the time predicted to get the work done, even if air filter replacement etc are added on. Even without an appointment, I am always in and out within an hour. They’re the best!
