Thank you to Mike D. and everyone at Fox Mazda! We are once every 10-15 yr car buyers. We have never enjoyed the process as much as this time. From the first step on the lot as "just looking" buyers to driving away after the sale it has been great. We test drove 4 models 3 trims, over multiple days all with pressure or constant calling!! Every question answered, every "what if "checked out they are great! We settled on the new XC-90 it is amazing. They actually found us ine that met 95% of our exact needs, it was still in transit to the dealership. They then made match 100% of our wants and needs by delivery day! We are around members of the Fox Mazda family and whole heartedly recommend everyone interested in a Mazada to check them out!!

Very clean and friendly place. The staff was attentive, supportive, and kind...not pushy at all. In fact the opposite of your "old school" dealership...quite transparent with their pricing. I especially enjoyed working with Matt and Apaya. Thanks Fox Mazda for making life easy in the fast lane.

I was able to get in for an oil change on my lunch break, which was a very helpful timesaver for me. I have always had good experience with the performance of my vehicle after I've been at Fox Mazda for routine maintenance. So far I've had oil changes and tire rotations, new tires, and brakes done there. I appreciate the video I receive showing the condition of my vehicle.
The waiting area is comfortable for the short amount of time I spend waiting. It is right in the front of the building, but is removed enough so I don't feel like I'm in the way of employees or customers. The coffee, water, and snacks are appreciated as well.
Jerry is my service advisor, and he is always very friendly and helpful when I come in for service. He takes time to communicate clearly, and makes sure I'm happy with the service provided. I would honestly be very bummed if I couldn't visit Fox Mazda when I need service on my car.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-30 at Fox Mazda, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Apaya was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're in the market for a Mazda, I highly recommend asking for Apaya at Fox Mazda. You won't be disappointed!

A very smooth purchase experience at Fox Mazda with Mike. I reached out via email and Mike was very patient and communicative with me throughout the purchase. Every step was a lot faster and more transparent than I'd expect at a regular dealership. The overall experience is far beyond most of the Mazda places I visited in Michigan. I had a few bad experiences with customer service in the past few months making me very nervous walking into the Fox Mazda facility. The minute I walked through the door of this dealership, it was the most friendly and welcoming experience. Mike brought back my faith and trust in customer service. He was very caring and knowledgeable of the Mazda CX-90 inline and EV the vehicles I was interested in purchasing. He allowed time to test drive and get familiar with the vehicle to make sure it was the right purchase for our needs. He also worked with us on the purchase price to fit within our budget. They provided a far trade in offer making the process easy to decide what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend Fox Mazda for any future car purchases. You will not be disappointed. I was in the market for a new car and did not have a ton knowledge with purchasing a new vehicle and when I stopped by at the Fox Mazda dealership interested in buying a 2024 Mazda CX-50. I met Nico who was friendly and welcoming from the start. He made the process so much easier and understanding, we ended up locking in a deal where I also got the chance to meet Derick who helped the financial part of the deal feel so just as easy, I appreciate both of these gentleman for making my first car purchase feel so easy and rewarding.

I don't own a Mazda, but was in the market for a Cx-50 Turbo. Matt was very helpful in my test drive, answered any questions I had, and 0 pressure to move forward on anything.
The facility itself was very clean and friendly.
Granted I've only ever been here the one time, I'd say my experience was good as one could hope.

Tom Tasker is has amazing service and is a great communicator. Also the tech guy with the beard that went over the vehicle with me was fantastic. He said all the right things, great personality, knowledgeable, funny. Get your FORD from FOX!
