Salesman, John, was great, finance guy was great. Whoever cleaned my car before I picked it up got their deotorant on the passenger seat. I didn’t notice until I left and got back home. I live too far to drive back for them to clean off.

Garbage vehicles they sell. Tons of motors that blow! 4 weeks until your vehicle gets in to diagnose if your warranty is covered! 3 months without your vehicle for the install. Buyer beware any of these vehicles purchased could have an engine blow under 100k miles. So I Decided to spend 10,000 and a local shop on a new motor. You wanna spend 10,000 on a new or used Kia! Go ahead. Tried the warranty department.they won’t cover you. Think twice before buying.

Could not be happier with our experience at Fox Kia Hyundai. Our sales staff member, Scott Williams was the best. We have purchased many cars and trucks over the years and Scott was exactly what we wanted. He was knowledgable, caring and efficient. The experience was above and beyond our expectations. Recently purchased my new car from Fox Kia. We went in before 4th of July to test drive a few vehicles and planned on coming back after the holiday. When I returned a couple weeks later, Lee helped us get squared away with a vehicle. He remembered the vehicles we were looking at and provided us with more information and insight on the purchasing process. We had a wonderful experience with Lee and he made it seamless. Highly recommend asking for him when checking out vehicles at Fox!

I dropped my car off for a starting issue on off hours. I called and left messages over 2 days trying to let them know it was there and why. When I finally had the operator page the service department the lady answered and before I could even say why I was calling she asked my name and asked "is that the car left with no info and just a valet key?" Um... yes that's why I've been trying to reach out, also, that key is what the car came with new. Its a cheap car with a cheap key. So what does that matter? Turns out they are quite busy and couldn't get to my car for about 10 days. I get that. No problem. I told them I'd pick up my car and take it somewhere else. When I got my car it had greasy hand prints all over the hood and oil on my seat. If they couldn't get to it, why was it touched? Why is there grease on my hood? Less than impressed with the professionalism here. I don't care if I have a kia or a Gwagon, treat peoples property respectfully.
