Don't Deal with Brian , I applied through my credit union for loan on a 2018 f350 was waiting on underwriting to approve I have a 817 credit score and he sent me a picture of the truck and said another customer is going to buy it , he wasted my time I even offered a deposit which was declined I live 200 Miles away but he just played games.

I worked with Dusten Quick for the purchase of a pre-owned F150. He was prompt with communication and straight forward with answers. My time was limited as I had traveled over 2 hours to see the truck. Dusten made the entire experience pleasant and worthwhile. The drafting and signing of the documents was handled by Finance Manager Maninderpal Singh. He was friendly, efficient and professional. As a business owner myself I appreciate and respect how they do business.

Had a good experience in the Express Service side of things this week. Kevin was helpful in diagnosing and ordering the part I needed on my Escape. He quoted me $168 for parts and labor. Upon returning to have the new part installed, I also asked for an oil change, as I was only a few hundred shy of being due. Total out the door cost for it all came out to $171, he was able to save me a few bucks by having some clips and washers on hand, leftover from a previous job. I'll be back!

Went for a “express” oil change. No line when I showed up. Best way to explain it, if the Secretary of State opened an oil change it would be faster than this dealership.

I got an oil change on Monday and Thursday night my car started leaking oil pretty heavily. I left my apartment, made a stop, and when I came out I noticed something leaking under the car. I parked the car in the parking lot of my apartment building rather than in my garage. When I opened the garage door, there were large drops of oil leading to a large puddle.I checked my oil in the morning and there was no oil on the dipstick. I noticed fresh oil around the top of the oil filter. I called Fox Ford, and talked to Mitch. I told him about the situation and after checking with the manager, he came on and told me they would send someone out to look at it, assess it, and then add oil so I could drive it to the shop. About 20 minutes later two guys showed up, checked the oil filter, and there was no gasket on it. They replaced the oil filter, added oil, and then one of the guys drove it to the shop. Chris, a manager, called me later and apologized profusely. He said they did another complete oil change and cleaned it all off. He apologized again and told me he was giving me a coupon for a free complete oil change and tire rotation. The two guys then brought the car back to me. They brought some disposable pads and a cleaner and cleaned up my garage floor and the pavement in the parking lot. Now THAT'S customer service! I was so impressed.I don't fault them at all for the mishap. Things happen. It's more about how a business handles it once they find out about the situation and Fox Ford gets an A+!

Fox Ford is the worst dealer around!!! They do not take the A-Plan or X-Plan claiming they are barely afloat, that is pure BS! Go to another dealer. Anyone would love to take your plan!Don't let Fox Ford tell you that nobody will take your paperwork, because that is a lie! They forget that those of us who give the X-Plan to our family or the A-Plan to our immediate family, are the reason they have cars to sell. Remember that Fox Ford!YOU SUCK!

My husband and I bought a new Ford Explorer Platinum, a $50,000 car, early Sept 2020. In these past five months, it's been in the shop three times, twice for electrical malfunction and just recently for transmission failure. I was notified that my vehicle was fixed so I went to get it today. It wouldn't start. The service guy said it must've not liked sitting out in the cold. I'm thinking "what is it, an old grandma?" Shouldn't a brand new car be able to withstand conditions common to all vehicles in the north? Are you telling me that my new tough Ford Explorer can't handle 10 degree weather? That I should be ok with the fact that my 50k car isn't reliable in the bitter cold while I'm transporting my grandkids around town? If I look like a clueless 60 y/o lady, you've got a surprise coming. Later the service guy tells me that I'm lucky that this didn't happen while I was out running errands. I replied, "this is the way I see it...YOU'RE lucky that this didn't happen elsewhere to my brand new car that is only five months old. I'm a very nice lady but I'm not a pushover. And I'm relentless when I'm mad. And I'm really mad right now." ...all said in a low, patient, calm voice. So, I drove away in the loaner car. The jury is out to see if Fox is able to repair my car or replace it with one that is not a lemon.
