this place is horrible, took almost 4 hours to fix a tire pressure sensor that they told me would be done before I took the car home, which it was not done. They told me it would be no more than 30 minutes when i took the car in and wouldn't give any updates unless i asked. this place sucks and doesn't know what they are doing

Great place to purchase a vehicle! Keith Rock was my salesperson and he did a phenomenal job finding me a car that fit all of my needs as well as my budget. He is very personable and makes the buying experience great. All of the other team members were very nice and hospitable through the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle.

Brian did such a good job helping us through the process of picking up a new used car. They helped us get a better rate and did not force any warranties on us. Would recommend getting a car from these guys!
Edit: I had to come back to see about getting my brakes replaced because according to another mechanic that they should have been. They covered the replacement of the front and back brakes! Thank you so much!

What can we say, but WOW!!! Austin is the man!!! My wife and I bought a new car from them about two months ago and Austin absolutely blew us away with his AMAZING customer service! We weren’t sure why style Bronco we wanted and he let us test drive all three styles (Sport, two door and four door) without any pressure. The whole process was painless and stress free. But what really blew us away was last week, my wife had to bring her work vehicle into Fox for an oil change around 10 AM (she’s a nanny and had three kids with her), long story short they found out that the car needed new tires and brakes. She only thought that they would be there for a short time but ended up being there 5.5 hours due to needing the extra work done. Fox took care of them, by giving them snacks, water and matchbox cars for the kids to play with and keep. Around lunch time the kids were getting hungry and service didn’t have any loner cars available for her to go get the kids some lunch, my wife went to Austin and asked to borrow a car off the lot, before she could even finish her sentence Austin went into action and found her a car to take the kids out to lunch. The kids said “it was the best day ever!”
From our experiences, Fox treats you like family and they have made two customers for life!
