Fox CDJR exceeded all my expectations for my new lease of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The new car manager, Rob, was able to locate the vehicle of our choice and had it delivered from Ohio. The vehicle was delivered to me in perfect condition, and the associate, Dylan, who performed the walk-around/demo of the vehicle was very professional and versed of all the operations and options of this vehicle. The closing paperwork with Sarah could not have been smoother. Fox CDJR has a staff they should be proud to represent their name. I will return.

Jacob Smith has taken care of us and got me into a brand new loaner car right away. We have had issue after issue with our vehicle and he's treating us better than the dealership we bought it from!! (Betten baker) we are so pleased with service and we know where we will be car shopping in the future!

This has been the worst experience. I lease a Jeep Wrangler and I have had nothing but problems trying to get rid of it. I have called the dealership MULTIPLE times and all I get is the run around and transferred around. After a month of calling I just gave up. I have one of the absolute worst leases and I was completely misled as to what was actually going to happen when it came time to trade it in. A $7000.00 down payment plus $308.00 a month for three years and I’m walking away with negative equity and not even a person to talk to at the dealership I bought it from. Honestly this place is terrible. Never buy a thing from them.

Jake in service is a top notch guy! We’ve followed him from where he was at last. No one can even come close to the professionalism, quick call to action, and ability to follow through with what he tells you! “ 10/10 service! Where do I begin, I was struggling finding a dealership that could get me in, I called courtesy, graff, Ed Koehn, and Ziegler and no one could get me in. I called Fox and Jake Smith answered the phone and my gosh he got me in and out the same day. I was on my way to attend a funeral and already having an awful day and then my car breaks down. Not only did he offer me a rental, he even got it done the same day and delivered it to me after my long day. God bless the team at Fox, God bless the service manager Jake Smith and his team. It’s hard to find great customer service nowadays and Fox is my go to dealer and I will always do business there.
