Picked up my pool here. The gal who initially helped me in the front was informative, helpful and kind. When I got out back to the docks, they were just coming back from lunch so they took a min. To b fully present but when they snapped to they did what they needed to do and found my pool in a huge warehouse of merchandise. Thanks

This guy is very efficient and willing to work with you. Just remember the doc is not available before 9:00 in the morning and not between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m.

Terribly slow, plan on long wait times no matter if it's 1 skid or a truck load. Nothing to sit on while long waiting and freezing cold inside

Poor customer service. They aren't willing to work with the customer on drop off dates for deliveries either. It's their way or the highway which isn't how it should be. I really wish buy buy baby would choose a different third party company to work with rather than this dumpster fire.

Worst delivery company ever. If I could give no stars I would. Was set up with an appointment for today between 10-6pm. They said the driver would call me a half hour before they arrived. Hadn’t received a call yet by 3:30pm. I went to get my son from school and low and behold my package (keep in mind it was an over 100lb desk was sitting in a snow bank by my mailbox).I had to haul the thing out on a busy road and get it in my vehicle myself. I called the company and the manager had a million excuses for the driver, i.e. he didn’t have service to call, couldn’t come down my driveway, following procedures, yada yada yada. There is no excuse for service like that. A simple call would have solved this all. I would have happily driven to the end of my driveway to get it. Very frustrating and disappointing. I am just glad I found it and it didn’t get stolen.

A large 124-pound box of furniture was delivered to our residence on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. Extra was paid for the item to be placed in our home. The delivery man stood on my walkway and said he refused to bring the package inside. Yes, it is COVID times. He and his other delivery helper had masks on, and I did as well. I am also 8 months pregnant, paid extra for it to be delivered into my home and took pre-cautions by wearing a mask. I insisted he bring it inside like we paid for and when he did, he put it up against our door to exit. I told him he MUST bring it to the hallway because leaving it there was a fire hazard! He said no but did eventually bring it to the hallway. VERY rude delivery personnel!

Would like to have given -0- stars !Called almost a week ago when their tracking said I should be receiving my shipment -was told that morning it would be delivered late in the day - called again around 5pm and they then said they had not received it . Tracking showed they received it Saturday morning - called in the morning and left 2 messages/ no one returned my call . Called again Monday and they assured me I would get it Thursday and they would call me. No call / called them again and was told they did not deliver to my area on Thursday but would deliver Friday / the national companyRep said that they did notHave a direct division in Grand Rapids but a “ delivery partner “ - a delivery partner with same The same company name ?!! Sounds like they were dodging responsibility“ oh gee , we are sorry but we will send a strongly worded response “ I had planned on having my car repaired on Friday and apparently my time means nothing and has no value !

Twice told me the delivery window was 10 am - 3 pm but was never delivered. When I called I was informed it would not be delivered as they “couldn’t find” my item. Rescheduled delivery, took day off and waited all day. Another no show. Will NEVER use them again

Let me start by saying this is the first online review I have ever written, but my experience with this company was so poor I decided to write one. I ordered a mattress that I was required to be home to receive -Monday through Friday before 2 PM. Then I was told "2 man" deliveries only happen on Tuesday, (though it was Tuesday Morning). So the delivery was scheduled for the following Tuesday. That day I had to call them for an update, only to be told that my delivery had "not yet been authorized." Only after explaining the whole situation, that the date had already been agreed on and that I was home from work for the day waiting for this delivery, did they finally agree. Beyond that the phone staff was rude and completely unapologetic. Maybe they are better for commercial deliveries.....but this was my experience.
