I have one issue the hours that the facility is avaliable is very inconvenient. Prices are great and the units are secured. I have only had one experience of a bad worker the new workers there are awesome and great service.

The storage facility has very limited hours. They also close a full hour and a half early than what is advertised

Ended up having to cancel same day I applied to rent and they had no issue refunding me right away. Plan in using them in the future if a unit is needed again

I was referred to this location from a friend who researched the entire area and assured me this was the best storage facility for a variety of reasons- and she was so right. The flexible hours, quick registration, and affordable rates were so helpful to me in the midst of a very stressful moving period.Diana provided a level of customer care that I haven’t experienced in awhile! She’s exceptional! She went out of her to way to stand out in the heat to help me and was so polite and charming (even when working in the evening on a Saturday). She truly made the entire process so much better. If you need a place to store your items, this is the best you’ll find!

Diane has excellent people skills which makes her a great manager. At first I had a very negative opinion about this storage site and was about to take my business elsewhere but after Ms. Diane management skills in helping to resolve some issues in regards to this storage facility I have upgraded my opinion and views about Nationalstorage and would highly recommend family and friends to also use this storage facility. Thanks You, Ms Diane and National Storage for an Outstanding job. You guys Rock!

This is a really great facility. Diana is wonderful! They offered carts and a great service elevator which made moving really easy for us. Definitely recommend

We recently got a storage unit with national and are very satisfied! Diana was an amazing human and was able to hook us up with an even bigger unit for the same price! Definitely recommend the facility. Clean, safe, and friendly!
