I have trusted this facility with my belongings over the course of many years. I feel it is secure. It is dry. The billing and website are easy to use. I will not store anything I want safe elsewhere.

I've been with boxer for years and have always been very satisfied. They bill my credit card automatically, they keep a key so I don't have to worry about losing it, and it was very affordable... at the beginning. However, the price keeps going up, and I just went in to retrieve some items and was told "I aint got no keys for no one". After some discussion, they were able to find my key and told me I had to take it with me, they no longer keep keys. BUT, the troubling part, they gave me my key without checking ID, AND gave me someone else's key just by giving them a name of a friend who I know has a storage unit there. NOT impressed with the safety of my items. Very disappointed. increased price with decreased service and decreased security!

Nice and clean, No roaches, no rats. It's a great place for storage, I would recommend this for anyone who wants a clean place.

I have one issue the hours that the facility is avaliable is very inconvenient. Prices are great and the units are secured. I have only had one experience of a bad worker the new workers there are awesome and great service.

The storage facility has very limited hours. They also close a full hour and a half early than what is advertised

Ended up having to cancel same day I applied to rent and they had no issue refunding me right away. Plan in using them in the future if a unit is needed again
