Scheduling was easy. All questions were answered quickly within the same day. The crew was on time, polite, and efficient! We have gone with Floor Coverings more than once as we we feel like we luck out with the experience - our carpet is fluffy and was perfectly installed. We will continue to hire them again as we progress to other flooring projects throughout our house.

Our experience with FCI was exceptional, from start to finish. Erick was extremely knowledgeable and was able to measure, show samples and give us an estimate in one visit to our home. Sharee' communicated with us regularly on the process and progress of ordering and installation and the installation crew, Will and Ryan, were professional, courteous, and kept us informed as they went. They did an amazing job!I would recommend FCI to anyone in the market for new flooring!

Overall, I would recommend Floor Coverings International. Upfront, they were wonderful to work with - communicative, straightforward and moved quickly. At the first meeting, they took measurements, showed samples and gave us costs. They were friendly and ready to move fast - which we loved! The installation process was not as great. We had quite a bit of new flooring installed and when they were "done," it was left a mess and we had to have them come back twice to finish missed spots. However, the owners were apologetic and communicative. I know those things were not their fault and hopefully our feedback will help for the future. In the end, the new carpet looks fantastic and they provided excellent recommendations and guidance.

FCI was the only flooring company that came out with samples of different carpets to choose from, and adjust the project price based on the carpet you chose. When we got a carpet picked out, we had the whole room carpeted within 2 weeks. The change is magical!

Erick is very knowledgeable, is an excellent listener, and comes prepared with hundreds of options for flooring at the initial meeting, which I appreciated. His installers were wonderful, came on time and did a terrific job with an awkward flooring installation. Excellent customer service from Erick and his staff. I would not hesitate recommending Floor Coverings International to anyone who is thinking about flooring. They have lots of choices and are easy to work with!

I scheduled a consultation online which was super easy. The owner came by with samples and suggestions. I was able to choose the carpet I wanted and get a finalized cost within minutes. Shortly after we had the carpet installed quickly and efficiently! It was the easiest process with knowledgeable and friendly people! Great product with reasonable prices. Thank you!

FCI did such a fantastic job. We love our new floors. Erick took the time to listen to what we wanted and make suggestions with his extensive knowledge. His team was on time every day and communicated with us at every opportunity with any issues. I would highly suggest FCI for your next project.

Pleasant sales team, lot's of samples, patient with those that can't make up their minds. Patient with decision by committee. Nice products and large selection.Quality craftsmanship and flexible scheduling. Took care of our needs during the holiday season regardless of whether it was convenient for them or not. I have no problem giving a 5 star review for this carpet installation but this could have easily been a 2-3 star review if not for Sharee and the people at Floor Coverings International (FCI). The initial home consultation with Paul was great. He had tons of samples and showed us many options and gave recommendations based on our needs. There was never any pressure to buy and he spent quite a bit of time going over the whole process and answering all our questions and concerns. We decided a few days later to go with FCI based on our meeting and the fact that their prices were competitive with the other quotes we received.Then things turned South. We were told it would take about 2-4 weeks to get the carpet from the factory. After a month, they contacted us and said that the factory was still back ordered and it would be another month. They were very apologetic and ended up removing the cost of moving the furniture from our bill. The carpet order finally arrived and we were set up for an install on November 3rd. The installers came out and had most of the old carpet ripped out and the new carpet pad laid and started to bring in the new carpet. They started to unroll the carpet and lo-and-behold - not the carpet I ordered! I took pictures and called Erick and explained the situation. He was very sympathetic to our situation and even offered a good discount on this carpet if that was an option for us. It was a nice carpet but we were set on getting the carpet we ordered so declined the offer. We had to live for a month on our 1st floor with only carpet pads for flooring. Not fun! They reordered the carpet and installed it on December 5th. The installation went without a hitch and the carpet looks great.Here's the best part. Sharee negotiated with Shaw Carpets and got them to pay for half of the cost of the carpet. Even though this whole situation had nothing to do with the people at FCI, they offered to cover the cost of the other half. How great is that?Would I recommend this company to my friends and family? You bet! If I need more carpet or flooring in the future you can be sure that they'll be the first ones I call. Thanks Sharee and Erick! It was great doing business with you.
