Bought a treadmill from Brett Veltema and they have gained a repeat customer in the future. Very simple and quick process and I am loving my treadmill. Would give 10 stars if it would let me.Highly recommend.

Pretty sure this place doesn’t exist anymore. Went there today after having a hell of a time finding it. It’s in a random office building, no sign, and was dark and empty.

I ordered and put a deposit down on a Spirit 685 treadmill in February, but due to the pandemic, It couldn't be delivered until the end of March. They did keep me abreast about the delays so there were hard feelings and I appreciated their help.When it came time for delivery, they called and said they could deliver it Wednesday between 11 AM and 3 PM. That worked for me. When 3 PM came, nobody showed up. I figured they were running a little bit late and waited until about 4 before I called to find out what was going on. The person who arranged the delivery was off that day so I got transferred to another manager who ended up calling the delivery people. Later I got a call from the delivery people saying that the earliest they could come would be about 7PM. They ended up getting here about 6:30 PM, set up the treadmill and did a good job.I wouldn't have minded a 7PM set up time if that would have worked better for them, but it was kind of a drag waiting all day, not being able to go anywhere, with no communication. Other than the late delivery, everything went well.

Sales department always great. Did business with them for 6 year with thousands spent. At the end of the day didn't really seem to matter. Service department needs training, charge way to much for what you get and do not do a very good job. Seem to have more problems when they leave than when they showed up. Also owner takes now responsibility to any service problems. Wouldn't recommend do to service department.

"I would highly recommend Fitness Things to anyone looking for fitness equipment or even accessories! I went in looking for something to use in my apartment and they were a huge help! Being on an upper floor, I was hesitant to get anything that may be a nuisance to my neighbors below. They helped me find the perfect selections and they also really made sure that they were doing the best to help me achieve my goals, and not focus on getting me to spend the most amount of money possible. I will be going back there for sure!"
