Been a member for about a year. They've got good equipment and a nice staff. A good place to get in shape :-)

The manage or supervisor of this gym is a good guy the gym is small and offers the exact equipment needed to stay in shape I’m a Navy veteran and truck driver I recommend this gym

Super clean and comfortable gym. The staff is so nice, the clients are diverse and the price is great. The young lady that works during the day keeps the place spotless! Even going as far as cleaning the doors in the bathroom doors. Gym has all you need including showers.
