Danielle was amazing yesterday, helping me figure out an issue with my credit card. She even shared snacks with me since I was there on my lunch break for over 30 minutes!I can’t say the same for the girl that was working next to her. She was talking about my issue pretty loud and it was embarrassing and unprofessional. She wasn’t even helpful just prolonging my time at the bank. I think that should be addressed for the future. Just being more mindful of the information you say out loud and if you’re not adding anything to the conversation then maybe not speaking.

I had Maria G Lopez Herrera as my banker and she was so helpful and I loved her customer service, she went above and beyond to help me and my husband get set up. I highly recommend going to her when you go to fifth third. She made us feel comfortable. I’m glad I chose the bank I did because of her, she was so nice and respectful. Thank you Maria for your outstanding customer service skills!

This bank seized my account and yhe security office in Grand Rapids Security office does not return calls. Do not bank here if you want to keep your money safe. Virtual Bitcoin currency is safer.

I am the treasure for our school booster club. The service has been unacceptable. They have ordered the wrong checks when I took my checkbook in and showed them what I needed, they placed the order. Unhelpful in resolving issues or questions about account issues. I would not recommend opening an account with this bank.

I started an account there when I was 13 and they were so nice and patient with me. I'm 17 now and when I bring my little blue transaction book with me (that they gave me) they fill it out for me! They also gave me a ton of coin roll papers because I asked for them. They were like "sure no problem, how many do you need?" and I said "kind of a lot, I'm rolling up a big change jar" and they gave me A LOT.
