I can't say enough good things about this dog groomer, Makayla. Not only do they offer unbeatable prices, but the quality of their work is exceptional. What truly sets them apart is their communication and customer service. When a scheduling issue arose, they quickly rescheduled my dog's grooming appointment without any hassle.Their shop is not only adorable but also a treasure trove for pet owners. The wide array of treats, toys, food, and more makes it a one-stop-shop for all my dog's needs. My puppy isn’t easy to have her nailed trimmed but they were able to get them trimmed and grinded. Highly recommended.

Excellent salon, with a very friendly and patient staff. The whole crew has been pleasant to work with and speak with, but lately I've had Celina grooming my dog. She is great to work with .Wonderful groomer, highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to this location for the past three years and had a great experience until our groomer moved out west. We were transferred to Celina for our grooming. Last month we had our first grooming Appt with her and she cut our dogs hair in a way that we never asked for or previously mentioned. She shaved the first two inches on the base of our dogs tail. We were disappointed and were going to give her a second chance. I reached out via phone about needing to reschedule potentially and that I was working on finding a family member to bring my dog in for the appointment. Celina attacked me on the phone about how she is commission based and that she has a list of clients that have been cancelling on her. She then stated that she no longer will be accepting me as a client. I asked, “Due to this appointment I no longer can have my dog groomed their?” and she stated “Other groomers can work with you, but I no longer will”. I highly recommend finding a different place to get your dog groomed if you are thinking of coming here and they offer Celina as the groomer. The phone call was very unprofessional and could have been handled in a much smoother manner.

They did an amazing job with a first-time appointment for TWO naturally anxious collies. Bathes and paw manicures have my little monsters groomed and I am so thankful to the team here. Will be coming back!!

We brought our 1 year golden old to Fido & Stitch and couldn’t say enough good things about our experience! Amanda did a great job on Tucker and even sent me pics of him mid groom to make sure I liked how he was being trimmed.Tucker loved Amanda and we will definitely be back! When we picked him up he had fallen asleep on the table. Highly recommend. Worth every penny!

Fido & Stitch has everything you need for your pup, including a knowledgeable staff to help in case you need advice. They have a huge variety of dog toys, quality food, adorable treats, beds & accessories. Set up a grooming appointment and shop while you wait for the maximum Fido experience :) You won’t find a nicer, more caring owner!

A clean, bright, friendly store that always has a helpful bit of advice for me as an owner to be a better handler. Totally worth the drive (plus I love supporting this local small business who gives back to the community!).

Very poor and disappointing customer service. I have used the grooming services at F&S for several years and after today's experience will never frequent again. I acknowledged that I was going to be late for my dogs grooming appointment. I called the store 2 times prior to the appointment time to advise them I was going to be 7 minutes late, but no one answered either time. Knowing they have a 15 minute grace period I figured it would be okay. Before going in my dog was relieving himself and it took an additional 2 minutes. Again, I take responsibility for being late.When I walked into the store, I spoke with the person at the front desk, apologized for being late and was met with a very rude toned response and was told the groomer would need to decide if they could see him still. She then returned and told me that because I was 9 minutes late they would have to cancel my appointment and reschedule out till January. On top of that because it would be considered a missed appointment I would have to pay the cancellation fee which was over $40. I asked why they were not honoring their 15 minute window, but were going to charge me for the cancelation fee? Again, the person replied in a very nasty tone that it was their policy. This would be okay, if I was 15 minutes or later, however I walked in 9 minutes after my scheduled time, called 2 times prior to advise I was running late and the person working the front desk did not answer, but was just sitting on their personal phone when I walked in.Overall, this was a very negative customer service experience and with the full understanding the groomer's pay is based on commission, I respect cancellation policy and fees. However, the piss poor response, tone, facial expressions of the cashier and only following half of their stores own cancelation policy, it has left a bitter taste and loss of a customer.

I have taken my bernedoodle to Fido a hand full of times, our first couple experiences were fine. I had no complaints, however the second to last time I took my pup to them he seemed off when I picked him up, very nervous and panting hard, looking all over the place, he seemed like it was a relief to see me. When I got home I noticed Ollie’s whiskers cut down to almost nothing, he usually has super pretty long lashes which were almost cut down to nothing. Shortly upon arrival at home I started to rub his tummy and notices what had seemed to be razor burn/cuts all over him. After this I STILL took him back thinking it was just a bad day for either him or his groomer. His appointments usually last around 3-4 hours he has long curly hair, Fido called me saying my puppy was fine in the waiting/shopping area but was showing signs of aggression when being brought back to the salon part of the building mind you Ollie is a very calm, goofy, over loving boy!! I couldn’t believe I was hearing such words. This just went to show that something was wrong with the shop and that he had been treated poorly, he had never acted like this at any prior visit what so ever. His trust was broken, and he refused to go in the back. Since then we have found a new groomer Bethany at pet co on alpine. My puppy is exited when we walk thru the doors, when I pick him up she’s on the floor playing with him. Not to mention the service is over half the price as it was at Fido.
