Absolutely terrible delivery service! I would’ve rated them zero stars!I’ve been chasing my “chewy” package for the past four days they give me a text saying they can’t deliver it , I’m not home except that I am home! staring out my glass lighters sitting on my couch and I don’t even see a FedEx truck. This is clearly a driver issue! either they need more training with somebody learn how to do your job.

Yesterday my car part that was supposed to be delivered Saturday came Monday and he put it on the cement wall by the end of the driveway next to the road, instead of walking it up to the house. Today FedEx drove over the grassy manicured island (over drain field) and parked, instead of followiing the cement circle driveway around. I can't believe he did that laughing and never said sorry. My package was ripped open too. I put in formal complaints. FedEx service has really gone down hill. This kind of service won't keep them in business much longer with Amazon as competition.

A drive called Tim was rude from the get go. We offloaded the truck and he threw the pallet and plastic out on the ground after I left. Fed Ex keep cutting us off when we call to inform them.

This location has had a history of doing random things without making much sense - historically they've held all our freight for an extra day for "scheduled delivery" even though that was not requested by me or the shippers.This most recent encounter put me over the edge. After "attempting delivery" on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, without even attempting to call or follow up that day they showed up next business day with collect "redelivery" charges attached to the BOL that we were forced to pay before they would release our freight to us. I won't go for extortion - which is what they've engaged in in my personal opinion.

Whenever I bring my load over to this Kentwood location, the office personnel are extremely helpful and friendly. Those ladies have always given me great service. A very chaotic day it makes it very palatable knowing that I will have great service with smile!

I spoke with Tiffany in customer service about some product that did not get delivered to my customer. It was our fault in the end, and we completely own that and understand the issue. However, she was completely rude on the phone and HUNG UP on me immediately after she told me that she had my package. I had to call her back to receive the information regarding reshipment. The whole time she was speaking with me I could tell that she was irritated, when I gave her no reason to be mad. I was interested in finding out what happened to my package, which I'm sure is a normal customer service issue to receive. This was not how I expected to be treated when submitting a claim.

I've never been there before but I had to make a special pick up for a client. They were very friendly and helpful to someone who obviously didn't know what he was in for.
