One star is too generous. FedEx is by far the worst delivery company, and my company has fired them for poor service years ago. The latest problem (yes, there have been dozens and dozens) is a delivery problem to my home. They gave me a case number and said someone would follow up. To their credit they did in about 4 hours. The problem is that they called me from Denver, CO about a local problem. I do not live in Denver, so why would you call me? They should call their local office and let them handle it by putting someone in touch with me directly. This is one of the many reasons FedEx is losing marketshare and why they rank as one of the worst delivery services in the entire world.

Never use fed ex if you need your package overnighted or 2nd day. They don’t care about the customer at all!!! Everytime my package comes through this place it’s never on time. They claim that the last destination had bad weather, you research the weather for the last location and its clear sky’s. They lie to the customer constantly. Do not ever use fed ex if you live in Grand Rapids! My package today arrived at 1pm. They knew it was an overnight delivery but left it for the next day. Do not use fed ex!!!!!!!!

Tries to deliver a package that requires a signature during business hours when im at work. The tracking info from fedex tells you absolutely nothing. I want my package but with FedEx Literally CANNOT GET IT. If you have the choice do not use FedEx. You will save yourself so much headache. Unfortunately for me, the place I purchased my item from chose to use this garbage company. This is not the first time I have had issues with fedex. This time I'm just angry enough to waste my own time writing this review.

Pretty ridiculous customer service.Charged me $8 for a small box, even though I had a prepaid label.Couldn’t ship a food item, because “they didn’t have the right packaging and I needed to go to a different fedex”Don’t have tap to pay in 2024 ?♂️

FedEx has delivered my packages consistently to the wrong addresses. Seems their drivers don’t really care as long as the package ends up on the right street that’s good enough for them.
