Seriously lack customer service skills. I placed a special order two weeks ago for a chicken feed to ensure I had enough food. I called to verify since it was going on two weeks yesterday, I was told it was not in the back and asked to have the order verified in the computer. She told me she would “look into it”. I called today bc I am down to a days worth of feed. I ask to have the computer checked this time and she says they have only one order currently for someone else. I will go else where for chicken feed and drive farther to avoid this mess.
