I was in complete shock to see what has happened to that store. Unbelievable. I can't believe they would let it get that bad. Unreal. I was looking around like woahhhhhhh.... and the cashier is out smoking. If that were me, I would be coming in on my day off or staying late or coming in early and trying to help. When you run a business or work at a business, you sometimes have to put in some extra work to get it up to standard. I get being short staffed, but this is really out of control. REALLY out of control.

Family dollar is supposed to be open til 7 pm. The employee was very rude and locked the door on us at 6:25 pm

There's a big 6"4" man who works there in a wig and make up on his very strong face he looks like Andrea the giant in drag he's very rude and disrespectful to costumers especially black women!!!

This family dollar turned out to be an excellent customer service experience amid an almost absence in the whole concept. The woman who helped us, more than once and without being asked for her assistance, was very kind and so sweet and just genuinely nice overall was very much appreciated. The woman whom was very tall with red hair deserves a standing ovation. Very well done family dollar, hopefully she will be recognized for the outstanding employee she is. 5 stars!
