Great facility, clean and well-lighted. We have indoor and it’s been great.
We rented an extra unit but never used it. When I called to cancel, they told me that since they noticed we hadn’t moved anything into it that they had automatically stopped billing us… super service! Thank you!

Todd was extremely helpful and thorough. It was after 5pm when we came in, and getting ready to close but he still took time to show us a couple units and their sizes. He was so polite. We were pretty set on a unit but wanted to make sure it would work out, but wouldn't know until the following day so Todd went ahead and reserved it for us just in case. We ended up coming back in as planned and rented it. It was a quick process and we were ready to move some things. Thank you, Todd for your professionalism, and going above and beyond for us during a difficult time. You are THE BEST ?

Units are very well maintained, very clean. The on-site Manager, Todd, was very helpful when I visited to ask about renting. He immediately offered me a tour of the various sized units, and followed the tour with making sure I knew I could call with further questions. Move-in was smooth, plenty of carts available, brand new cylinder lock for the unit, all is well.

I had an indoor climate controlled storage unit at this location for several years. I never had any issues, my bill remained the same price the entire time, and the location was well maintained. Bathrooms were clean every time I used them, the interior was kept tidy, and the climate control definitely made a night and day difference in how my items smelled after removing them from storage. I finally bought a house and cleaned my unit out and all my items felt just as tidy as the day I put them in storage. The handcarts were extremely helpful, too. Plus, every time I interacted with someone from the office, they were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I highly recommend this storage location. Employees are always professional and helpful. The location has indoor and outdoor spaces. The entrance is secure with a privately coded entrance. The units and inside of the building are clean. Hours of entry are 6 am - 10 pm. Overall, a great place to rent storage.

Exactly what I needed, clean facilities and very helpful staff. Todd was extremely helpful every time I needed assistance. All of the normal stuff went smoothly but when we needed some extra tools to breakdown our furniture he helped us out even though he was about to clock out. He was also proactive in closing out the account when we no longer needed the unit. I didn’t think I’d ever have strong opinions on a storage facility but this one is excellent.

The building where I have rented a storage unit for several years is always clean, is always the same slightly cool temperature inside (as promised), and there are always sufficient hand trolleys to move items anywhere in the building from the two entrances. Staff has always been friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

I recently moved to GR and needed a storage unit on short notice. Todd went above and beyond to help me get set up and even help me with some difficult work deliveries to my unit. He’s a good guy, and I’d recommend this unit to anyone in the area in need.
