We have had stayed a couple different times at the Embassy Suites they have always had comfortable clean rooms. Love that there is a convenient parking garage attached to the hotel and a restaurant and bar. The hotel staff has always been accommodating even when I forgot to ask for a handicap room and we arrived it was totally my fault they were happy to make the accommodations. They have a morning breakfast buffet with an omelet station and all the fixings scrambled eggs,sausage,hashbrowns,variety of fruits, yogurts,coffee and tea. The breakfast is included in your stay. Exception service and stay. Highly Recommend!!

This hotel was great. It was clean and well laid out. Front desk was friendly. Could have been a little more informative about hotel amenities and what was going on. The room was super spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The reception was nice. Pool and hot tub is great. My only complaint is the elevators. They were so slow and didn't seem to be on a good rotation. Other than that our stay was great. Will be back.Rooms: Spacious. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice shower.Walkability: Not too far. There are bikes and scooters available as well.Food & drinks: The reception was great. Drinks and appetizers was good. Breakfast was amazing.Noteworthy details: Very nice water feature in lobby. Breakfast was top notch.

I spent the weekend here with family and we had an amazing time. The location is great for exploring downtown being across the street from the river with an adjacent park made for a nice view. Nick at the front desk was awesome and all other staff were pretty great as well. Evening reception was a nice touch and we also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend Embassy Suites if you are staying in Grand Rapids.

Location refuses to take accountability for their poor service and rooms. Spoke with customer service and they definitely need to hire new people. Atrocious behavior overall. Will not stay here again.

Great experience. Best hotel breakfast by far and the guy with glasses running it loves his job and is very good at it. Rooms were clean and so was the gym. Other than some roudy people in the pool it was all great (which wasnt the hotels fault). For sure coming back next time were

We love this hotel! Short walk to Van Andel and downtown Grand Rapids! We had a balcony room this time, so pretty to see the river. Breakfast is amazing, too! Can't wait to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here, we did not want to leave! The room was fantastic, the view was beautiful overlooking the river and the city. The evening cocktail reception was lovely, although it was busy--- they could do with a larger space I think! The pool and hot tub were great! Super clean. They could do with some new "flaps" between the indoor and outdoor section of the hot tub, they were kind of gross. Over all--- excellent stay! We cannot wait to go back! And thank you to Destanie and Sonja for answering all of my questions LOL--- I had a lot! :) OH and the breakfast was awesome! There was something for everyone there! The fresh fruit was actually fresh and delicious, bacon and sausage were real bacon and sausage... Fresh nice pastries and breads and bagels... One of the best free breakfasts I have ever had!

This hotel is clean, has friendly, knowledgeable staff and is very quiet. The indoor pool and hot tub are a bonus! It's the only place I will stay in grand rapids.Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean. Also no "neighbor noise" to keep me awake at night or wake me up in the morning.
