“My phone didn't have any sound, so after reviewing the manual and playing with it for an hour, I went to Cricket on Alpine Ave. Maggie took charge of my phone and went to work. For over 20 minutes she must have tried any combination there was. Just about to give up, she looked into the earphone port and detected some lint balls on there. Well, a little pushing and blowing into the port, solved my problem. I am thankful for Maggie's diligence and patience. My positive experience is the same I had with your stores in Gaylord and Big Rapids (where Shannon took good care of me).”
