10 stars, so impressed. Our cat has never been so calm at the vet! Impressed with the facility, staff, and knowledge of the vet. Also appreciate that they give you estimates of every single thing before they even do an exam. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I've been taking my pets here for almost 10 years. I wouldn't trust another clinic to provide the level of care and knowledge as Eastown delivers. The staff is very trustworthy and wont recommend unnecessary treatments to increase profits. My dogs love visiting Eastown as they receive personalized service from each employee.

Vets are over scheduled, most appointments don’t start until a min of 45 minutes after you’re scheduled. The vets don’t read your pets records before they see them either. Front desk staff is incredibly disorganized and have no idea how to accommodate reactive dogs in the lobby. I didn’t know how bad the service here was until I switched to a better vet.

If you are looking for a vet in West Michigan, that will treat your pets like family, this is your place. I have been connected with Eastown for 7 years now, and they have helped me through every hurdle with my babies. I have moved further north but will continue to bring my pets here, regardless of the drive. They specialize in ALOT but are also very transparent when it is best to refer to another doctor in order to receive the top care possible. Not only that, but they make it feel like a TEAM of doctors instead of a handoff to be another doctor’s problem (and boy have I experienced that before). Skyy is an anxious babe, and they handle all of her quirks with patience. She gets SO excited walking into the building because she gets spoiled x100. I am honestly not sure if I would still have Skyy with me today if it weren’t for them helping me keep her in the healthiest and happiest state possible. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this clinic! There are separate entrances for dogs and cats (which we love) and the facility itself is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the veterinarian seemed very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated that they took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. They also go above and beyond to give their clients a great experience and make them feel taken care of. Would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone!

These people are not honest. They call themselves professionals and are not able to provide estimates. I called other Vet clinics and they were able to provide me with estimates. Shady! If they don't have the knowledge to know how much they charge, that's enough to take my animal somewhere else. Shady shady shady!

Brought my kitten here years ago. They were my primary vet for awhile, and at the time everything seemed up to par. This review comes after three years of superb vet care from my new vet, that has shown me this place took advantage of us. Not only did they take money from us, they probably altered my cat for the rest of its life.We brought a new kitten in, and they quickly told us they had horrible teeth. We trusted the vet and asked what to do. They suggested pulling multiple teeth (7+) out to prevent future issues. Okay no problem, we want to help our cat live it's best life.Day of the surgery happens, we drop the cat off. When we pick the cat up, the vet who had performed the surgery ended up saying they only removed four teeth (7+ was the initial diagnosis). They didn't check in with us during surgery to alert us of the change. They said only four teeth now seemed to actually have issues. So day of surgery, the diagnosis changed. Fine, that can happen I guess. They then tell us, we will probably need a dental every SIX MONTHS.Fast forward several years, and this cat has major behavioral issues suddenly. They have now been seen by my new vet half a dozen times. Every time we have brought this cat in we have realized more and more this vet performed a completely unnecessary surgery. The cat has been seen by all three vets at our new clinic. Not a single one of them reported ANY teeth issues, and not a single one of the vets believes this cat ever had teeth issues at any point based on the other teeth and gums. The cat now has behavioral issues and trouble eating, and the vets have deduced this could easily have happened from an unnecessary and invasive surgery. Also, the diagnosis that said we would need a dental every six months? The cat has needed and gotten ZERO dentals since I switched vets, because his teeth are perfect (besides the ones taken out for no reason that have since caused discomfort in eating).I highly recommend not to go to this vet clinic. They are overpriced, and charge more than every clinic in the area. They think because they reside in Eastown they can overcharge. I assure you, it's the same care as the cheaper places around GR. Actually, it's worse care for more money. They will take advantage of new and ignorant pet owners. They charged hundreds of dollars to forever alter the trajectory of our cat. I will never recommend this place for any reason. Take your pet somewhere that actually cares about you, but more importantly, take them to someone who actually cares about your pet.

Place smells like a candle store. It'd clean with professional employees. No long wait. The best vet I've ever been to.

We have taken our cat to Easttown Veterinary Clinic since 2016. I love that they now have a seperate building just for cats, which creates less stress. Each exam room also has a window to look outside. My cat is always more relaxed after seeing all the birds. Additionally, I can always get in within a timely manner. My most recent visit was for GI issues for my cat and I got in the next day. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also price estimate and do not make you feel pressured into spending more than you need to. 10/10 recommend.

My dog historically is afraid at any vet office. He’s a big dog so it can be really difficult to get routine medical care for him without a significant struggle. I tried this place because they advertise a fear free experience. Eastown has been working slowly with my dog and I over several appointments, they’ve been extremely patient and prioritized my dog’s state of mind. They’ve also been kind to me in the process without making me feel like a bad owner! They gave me concrete things to work on with my dog, and their recommendations have been working. I highly recommend this clinic if your dog is scared at the vet. It’s not a short process but it’s worth it.
