I recently experienced a family loss. A group of my out of town friends ordered this arrangement for me. This is the most beautiful and full arrangement I have ever received. The beauty of the arrangement is not even fully captured in this photo. I am sure my family is getting annoyed as I keep mentioning how stunned I am by the high quality.
During delivery I recieved a call from a very kind man who delivered the flowers. I was not home and he made sure to tuck them out of the sun and in a safe spot so I could collect them when I returned.
When speaking with one friend who sent the flowers she also praised Eastern Floral for their kindness and speed in order processing.
I am loving the flowers!!! Thank you for helping transfer the love from my friends across the country to me during this difficult time!

I live in Florida and ordered flowers for my mother in MI. Was a little nervous based on past experiences with other companies plus we were experiencing a hurricane. Her flowers arrived the same day and are just as beautiful as the photos. It has been two weeks and the flowers are still thriving.

Living out of town, I can always count on Eastern Floral to deliver flowers for special occasions with personal care and not a lot of lead time to get the order in. They're very reliable and have even responded proactively to weather events in the past.

My sister lost her mother-in-law suddenly, and I wanted to support her and her family as they grieved their loss. I was overwhelmed by the idea of how flowers could express the sadness and sympathy, so I chose the florist to design a white bouquet for the memorial. It was beautiful and thoughtful, so I am so thankful for that. In addition, their customer service was also considerate and efficient, seeming to understand that I was struggling a bit, and took the time to review my order and assure me that it would arrive at the service on time. I cannot say enough good things about Eastern Floral and their staff; and have already recommended their services to my family and friends.

Placed an order Monday night, got it delivered Tuesday morning to a bridesmaid! She loved it and they were able to accommodate and make her bouquet pet friendly!
