The more we try from this butcher shop, the more we are impressed. From sausage links, to fennel sausage, to pork chops, to the sliced ham, this is all top quality meat. What a phenomenal butcher shop, Grand Rapids is lucky to have it.

Same spoiled experience as another reviewer. One of the ribeye ruined other steaks for me. I only want the one from these guys. Really good brats and pastrami too.
