Ooof. We started at a 4. Check-in was standard and fine. Vehicle had all kinds of service lights on - check engine & tire pressure (but that was probably due to dropping temps). Never needed to get rescued on the side of the road, so that’s a W!!Now for the 3…Getting in touch with this company in this location was INSANE!! Luggage was left behind and it was *impossible* to recover. We’re talking 14+ phone calls, faulty L&F call system, an online L&F form that didn’t work for this location. On the 14th call, I was told by the customer service rep from overseas (who did EVERYTHING she could for me) that I was without options and I had to go back to this location to recover it. Which was now 750 miles away. A simple direct phone number would have solved hours of frustration. Still baffled by all we went through over a span of 9 hours.

Rental seats are covered with multiple stains, front and back. Worst car i have ever rented. Will not use this company ever again. DO NOT USE

Worse experience ever. Car broke down and we had to return to airport to switch cars. Had to abolish our plans for the day. Had to find someone to jump battery and we drove back to airport (1 hr drive). They would not even refund us one day's charge!

Gwen and London provided exception service. I was nervous based on the reviews but the process was simple quick and they even gave me options on what type of vehicle I wanted to ensure my trip was comfortable. Keep up the great work!

Booked a car to be picked up at noon. It’s now 1:30. Been waiting for an hour and a half because they don’t have enough vehicles available. How does this happen when we booked the rental months ago? If you don’t have enough vehicles, stop taking reservations!

We arrived after a bunch of flights on the east coast were canceled. We had to wait over 2 hours for a car. That was frustrating, but the one employee at the counter was incredible. I believe her name is Tootie. She was so patient and professional even though the customers were not. She made the the process so much more pleasant!

Originally paid $140 for two days of rental. We put a $200 deposit at the airport, paid a $38 airport tax fee and were told we would get the $200 back as long as the car was in the same condition. We returned it and ended up paying $164 of the $200 deposit because of being charged $10 a gallon for gas and extra fees. This is not a thrift option even if it looks like their prices are better compared to others. Their customer service was not understanding and did not attempt to come toward us when we were confused about these extra fees. I do not recommend!

Made a reservation for 4 pm. They had no cars?? Finally got a car after 7pm. And it was not the level we paid for. Pay more get less at this place. The attendant said if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. Where else can I go if I already made reservation and paid. Look at their on line reviews. You will see they do not give quality service in Grand Rapids.

The lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful. We came in from California on a delayed flight that got us there right before they closed. She was quick to get us into a car and so friendly.

I wish I could give zero stars for this rental service. Literally no one we have spoken to has been a help. I don't understand what's soo hard about being helpful. Between rude confused and confusing customer service representatives and the never ending run around on the phone, extra unnecessary charges being added,and constant waiting on hold just for every person to be absolutely un helpful. This service is terrible and way more a headache than anything else. People here are not caring or considerate. And after spending hours on the phone and having multiple customer service people hang up on us, ultimately whatever you do DO NOT rent from here , save yourself a bunch of money and stress.

This was such an easy and enjoyable experience! After reading all the bad reviews, I was curious to go through the experience at the Grand Rapids airport, myself. I found the staff to be friendly, professional, and very enjoyable to work with upon check in. They gave me some great tips on where to visit and what to avoid, given that I was a visitor.The checkout process was also very easy. No issues, and everything was dealt with so quickly and accurately.This was all so easy! Honestly, it's rewarding to be a decent human being to others. That's all it takes. Don't believe all the negative reviews on here. It's unfair.
