They had just what we were looking for 2023 Michigan Championship caps. The sales team was super helpful, the particular cap was still not up front. They had to find it,so grateful.

Good luck trying to get someone to help you. I sat waiting for over 15 mins for someone to assist me with shoes. I had to go looking and found three what appears to be teenage females huddled in a group not working. When I explained to them I've been looking for someone to help (i'm assuming the manager) goes "I'm going to fire everyone of them" - which is highly unprofessional. I then get help and we try the shoes on and decide to get another size, look up, and again they disappeared. I had to go to another section and again ask for help in the shoe section. Once we get the shoes we were looking for I went to cash out. The cashier says the shoes in the box were not the same size... ugh, had to wait again while they found someone in the shoe department to assist. Incompetent and lazy staff

Just your basic dicks sporting goods. Clean and well organized and had what we needed. Like most sport stores it was a little steep but never had a problem getting what I need from one of these

Had a real good visit to Dick’s. They were busy but I found a person to help me find the item I was looking for. Didn’t have the color I wanted (there goes a star) but I bought an alternate. Check out quick and courteous. Found out I have 90 days to return and don’t need my receipt just my telephone number. Store was clean and uncluttered.

An absolutely terrible experience. I came in wanting to try on a shoe and they only had two sizes available to try on.

Staff can't be bothered to do their job properly ... if you have time and money go somewhere else otherwise you'll waste both here.
