I’ve been looking at a set of irons for a while and they finally went on sale. I went in to the golf area it found them, but it looked like nobody was working. I hit the help button and waited about 10 minutes. I hit the button and waiting again but nobody else showed up. I left and now heading to Golf Galaxy where I hope someone is willing to sell me some clubs.

We only come here when we have no other options. They are so understaffed, and the staff that they do have isn't helpful. You literally need to hunt someone down in the shoe department. I walked through the golf department and not a soul around. No wonder Amazon is putting so many stores out of business. You only shop locally to support brick and mortar and the help of employees. This place doesn't even offer the help.

Good luck trying to get someone to help you. I sat waiting for over 15 mins for someone to assist me with shoes. I had to go looking and found three what appears to be teenage females huddled in a group not working. When I explained to them I've been looking for someone to help (i'm assuming the manager) goes "I'm going to fire everyone of them" - which is highly unprofessional. I then get help and we try the shoes on and decide to get another size, look up, and again they disappeared. I had to go to another section and again ask for help in the shoe section. Once we get the shoes we were looking for I went to cash out. The cashier says the shoes in the box were not the same size... ugh, had to wait again while they found someone in the shoe department to assist. Incompetent and lazy staff
