Whatever you do, do not rent here!!!! I came back to my storage unit after it being there for 6 months mouse crap and pee every where!! Literally everywhere imaginable. I even asked before renting that they’re clean and they’ve never had any insects or mice and he assured me no. Not only that you pay $300 a month for this to happen. It’s all over my kids toys, couch, kitchen table, mattress anything and everything in that unit. I went searching to see if it was dead somewhere and I moved my mattress and box spring and it was alive between them! Absolutely disgusting!!
*Editing to add* I’ve tried contacting them regarding this situation with both the phone number and email and they have no returned my calls. They do not care.

It was a very difficult experience I reserved my unit online and I went to pay for my unit and there was no one at the property. I spoke with several staff for the company I went thru this for 3 weeks. But when I did get into the property the staff was really helpful and pleasant and were great

On our move in day, we schedule an appointment with the location to get our storage unit. When we showed up, no one was there and no one was answering the phones.
Eventually we got ahold of someone, however since then they are again impossible to get a hold of
When I moved out of the unit, we discovered dead mice in our things and rodent damage.
This is supposed to be a climate controlled, indoor storage unit that charges significantly more than other places.
I have used outdoor units for years and never had a rodent problem.

Would NOT recommend- especially single females. More than a handful of times, I've stopped at my storage unit and the gate to drive in is stuck open or the walk in door is propped open with a rock. I like to drive inside the building and drop off or pick up things from my unit and multiple times I've been screamed at by other people inside the building because they park in a stupid spot and can't get out when they want to leave. There's a couple people who just hang out in their unit- like sitting in a lawn chair in their unit and just stare. It's so awkward. Then I got a letter saying they were upping my rent $10 and upping my insurance by $2. No reasoning behind it. I never go here alone anymore.. too many weird encounters and with the gate being stuck open often, I don't feel comfortable with it knowing the surrounding area is like.
Image is of the SECOND payment increase. I don't recall upsizing.. the fact that they keep increasing my rate while the size of space I am renting stays the same is just pure robbery.
Edit to add- All the mouse poo around all the walls.. noticed a bunch of it in my unit as well.

The facility on Buchanan St is managed very poorly. It smells like mice and it very rarely cleaned or swept in the isle ways. People live in there and they fix their vehicles but they don’t treat all tenants the same! They hold you to a standard but have every excuse why they don’t hold themselves to their own policy.
