I had a bouquet being delivered to me from my boyfriend (that I did not know about). And a woman called me and said they could not deliver it even though I was two minutes from home and the weather was not even bad so the flowers would've been perfectly fine sitting for TWO minutes!! The woman on the phone was also very rude and condescending when telling me my "options" for delivery. Very unpleased with their delivery service, especially when I've heard good reviews and had several great experiences with other florists like Hudsonville Floral and Stems. Definitely will be telling my boyfriend and others not to order from designing dreams floral.

I don't usually give bad reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever encountered trying to send flowers to a loved one. I ordered thru from you flowers ( first time). Expected delivery for the same day, received 4 days later after repeated calls. She was only able to enjoy them for 1 day. The staff was rude and only gave excuses. I would never recommend this florist or from you flowers

Hi, I ordered 18 long stem roses & vase on FTD and the order was handed off to Designing Dreams Floral. It took 4 days to deliver to my house instead of gauranteed 1 day. I'll also mention this florist is 11 miles from my home. When my wife finally received the flowers I only received 12 long stem roses. Very disappointing. So much for shopping local. I won't spend any of my hard earned money at DDFT. Update- The florist made it right. They dropped off a lovely bouquet of 18 long stem roses and chocolates. Thank You!

Owner was very friendly. She was busy though so had the manager come help me. She was super grumpy and short with me.I wanted to buy more flowers but she was acting like I was a big inconvenience the whole time.I have tough days too but I never take it out on my customers.

Looked for reviews on anyone renting a tuxedo from here, didn't see one so that wasn't helpful. I wanted to leave this so it will help other people like me. Rented the tuxedo for my son's Prom and all I can say is the price was affordable and they were great with measuring and everything. The tux was pretty spot on. I highly recommend them and will let my friends know as well. They made it easy and he didn't have to return it the next day, we had until Monday. The tuxedo was Ralph Lauren and looked great.

I ordered the deluxe and it was a lot smaller than I thought and different than the picture online. I don't think I'll order again just because you don't know what you'll get. They do seem like friendly people though.

The brunette with the glasses was extremely rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We ended up going with Alpine Floral and had a wonderful experience.

Tonja from designing dreams was amazing! She made my vision for our wedding flowers come to life, I would definitely recommend booking her for your wedding! The prices were also very reasonable which was nice! Thank you!
