Pickup time was early in the evening 7shsh - after normal hours..... And service was extremely professional-till the end.

Delta Cargo. Absolutely the worst place to get job done at the Grand Rapids Airport. Duo of skinny guy and overweight lady not interested in customer needs. They just sit there watching TV on monitors while texting on their cellphone. Really Delta???
