Depends on the employee.. Customer service is not a priority anymore. Employees take their sweet time like the customer feels like wasting their time like that.
Shoutout to Gigi in the pharmacy, who offered to call and update my birthday for me in their system. I called a different CVS a little under a month ago which had given me an out of service number to call and a million excuses why they couldn't fill my prescription. This is more like the customer service I expect c:
I literally argued with staff for 2 and half hours to get medication. Im sick..do not want to argue. I was right..they were saying i already picked up and 2 hours later looked at film.felt i was being accused of something..going ANYWHERE that knows customers ARE the business .see ya unprofessional..plus
