Craig at the pharmacy is great. Always goes above & beyond. Very personable. I don’t know any of the others names at the pharmacy but they are also great. CVS you need to give your pharmacists & pharmacy techs a raise. They are well worth it.

The Pharmacy staff was SO awesome on my last visit. The doctor had sent over a medication dosage my insurance wouldn't cover. The pharmacy staff and I got on the phone with the doctor's office and had it resolved in under 5 mins. I've never had a pharmacy work that quickly to get an issue resolved. Thank you CVS Plainfield!

The pharmacy staff is the best, especially Marietta and Sean. I have been treated with nothing but respect (My dog too). I look forward to seeing pharmacy friends each time!

CVS is participating in the incredibly dangerous business of dispensing the abortion pill. This means little to no medical oversight and a 4 times higher risk of dangerous complications versus a surgical abortion. CVS is putting profit over people. Meijer and Family Fare aren't dispensing the abortion pill, give them your business instead.

Had a 2:45pm covid test appointment. There was a red suv being helped when I pulled up and a silver suv waiting behind it. After I waited about 10 minutes the silver suv in front of me takes off, no telling how long they had been waiting prior to my arrival. Another 10 minutes of waiting goes by and the red suv gets their prescription and takes off. Since when was it okay to let one car hold up the line for 20 minutes? I could have taken my covid test and been gone with all the waiting. When I finally got up to the tech was rude. She had me waiting another 20 minutes just to get my test. If there’s delays this needs to be communicated to the patient who is waiting instead of leaving them there with no info as to why it’s taking so long. I will never come back to this location again.
