Not impressed at all. Customer service is not a priority apparently. The staff was rude except for one employee. Luckily there are other CVS locations that are better.

Went in there today with my son who desperately needed a restroom. Was told “no public bathroom,” but as a former CVS employee, I know that is not the case. It is up to the discretion of the workers. A child literally dancing in front of you because they need a restroom and you send us on our way saying “Meijer is probably your best bet.” Very frustrating because I know from experience that this situation was avoidable. CVS preaches compassion in their orientation, but apparently that goes out the window after training. Will never shop at this or any location again, just further enforces what I learned during my time with this company: they do not care. About their customers or their community.

I had a great experience today with this particular pharmacy. My regular pharmacy has been out of one of my meds so I was calling all over town to see if anyone had stock.
Not only was the pharmacist & tech extremely kind, they filled my meds SO quick. All on a Friday night right before they closed too! I was very thankful for their kindness and hard work today. Thanks again!!

Pharmacy is always rude. No matter what day, what time, if you call for a simple question they end up hanging up on you! Their customer service is sub par at best. ?

Half this store is locked up and you're forced to wait until someone bothers to help you out to pick up the simplest of items. What should be a 2 minute trip ends up taking 15-20 minutes.

Went to the website, filled everything out to schedule an appointment for non-insured free covid and flu shots, showed up on time, sign out front says "Free Covid and Flu Shots," and then I go in and they act like I'm crazy. $195 for the covid shot. Thanks.

I got a problem with one of the workers a cashier named Colleen, she works the morning shift, each and every time, I come down there she talks to me like I don't know how to speak lick of English or talk to me like I'm stupid, she did this to my girlfriend and she completely stopped going there I didn't do anything to her I never disrespected her neither did my girlfriend, I come in as respectfully as I always do when I do my business there, I'm going to say this like I said at checkers I don't know what's going on with this woman whatever it's home or at work, but I hope it gets better for you but that does not give you the right to talk to me, any type of way, I can't keep doing this and something needs to be done.

Worst pharmacy ever. Always short of help. The line are long with usually one staff working. They got my sons rx wrong he was taking the wrong dose for 2 months and then they refuse refill it. I had to call his Dr for a very serious med he missed doses! Then gave me the wrong medication after it was discontinued! When you go to pick up scripts they're not ready after they texted you they're ready. I made an appointment for vaccines, came on time the day of the appointment, waited in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me the appointment was canceled! Them they charged me for the vaccines said I received them arguing and hanging up on me! This all since July of this year!I will be transferring my meds asap.

CVS is participating in the incredibly dangerous business of dispensing the abortion pill. This means little to no medical oversight and a 4 times higher risk of dangerous complications versus a surgical abortion. CVS is putting profit over people. Meijer and Family Fare aren't dispensing the abortion pill, give them your business instead.

I'm relatively certain that the whole pharmacy staff has one brain cell between the lot of them. My prescriptions are NEVER ready on time or when promised and oftentimes my physician has to call them personally to get them to fill medications that had been submitted online three times or more by his office. The staff is rude, undertrained, and dismissive. It is a shame, because the staff in the actual store portion of the business, including the cashiers are very pleasant, kind, and helpful. The mongrels in the pharmacy could learn a thing or two from them.
