The service isn't good, and the pharmacy workers are rude. I pay for my insurance. And it seems like my medicine is free. The ladies and gentlemen there are always angry. Very poor service.

They told me that my super common medication was not in stock 6 days ago. I've been waiting a week for a super common med that I need to function and survive. Never coming back here again.

Not impressed at all. Customer service is not a priority apparently. The staff was rude except for one employee. Luckily there are other CVS locations that are better.

Went in there today with my son who desperately needed a restroom. Was told “no public bathroom,” but as a former CVS employee, I know that is not the case. It is up to the discretion of the workers. A child literally dancing in front of you because they need a restroom and you send us on our way saying “Meijer is probably your best bet.” Very frustrating because I know from experience that this situation was avoidable. CVS preaches compassion in their orientation, but apparently that goes out the window after training. Will never shop at this or any location again, just further enforces what I learned during my time with this company: they do not care. About their customers or their community.

Half this store is locked up and you're forced to wait until someone bothers to help you out to pick up the simplest of items. What should be a 2 minute trip ends up taking 15-20 minutes.

I had a great experience today with this particular pharmacy. My regular pharmacy has been out of one of my meds so I was calling all over town to see if anyone had stock.
Not only was the pharmacist & tech extremely kind, they filled my meds SO quick. All on a Friday night right before they closed too! I was very thankful for their kindness and hard work today. Thanks again!!

Pharmacy is always rude. No matter what day, what time, if you call for a simple question they end up hanging up on you! Their customer service is sub par at best. ?

Went to the website, filled everything out to schedule an appointment for non-insured free covid and flu shots, showed up on time, sign out front says "Free Covid and Flu Shots," and then I go in and they act like I'm crazy. $195 for the covid shot. Thanks.

I got a problem with one of the workers a cashier named Colleen, she works the morning shift, each and every time, I come down there she talks to me like I don't know how to speak lick of English or talk to me like I'm stupid, she did this to my girlfriend and she completely stopped going there I didn't do anything to her I never disrespected her neither did my girlfriend, I come in as respectfully as I always do when I do my business there, I'm going to say this like I said at checkers I don't know what's going on with this woman whatever it's home or at work, but I hope it gets better for you but that does not give you the right to talk to me, any type of way, I can't keep doing this and something needs to be done.
